Stopped by late Monday morning because my usual place was closed. They are able to seat me right away. Very nice and courteous. I got a powder gel manicure and 10 minute massage. They kindly assisted me in deciding a powder color. The manicure was quick and did a great job. The massage was very nice. The place was clean. The price was reasonable - $42 powder manicure. Unfortunately 2 nails chipped within 24 hours so I lowered my rating.

I called a week earlier to make an appointment for a pedicure. My appointment was for 9am. They didnt show up until 9:30. No call or anything. Very unprofessional

Starting off, I am VERY disappointed with this business. My daughter and her friend went to get a nice pedicure for upcoming trips and was very unhappy with EVERYTHING!!! The workers were extremely rude and disrespectful towards them and even expected MORE of a TIP after the horrible service. They had cold water, cold towels, unsanitary tools, rude comments, and a disgusting outcome of nails.They wouldn't let them past the exit without tipping more then they should have and I was FURIOUS!! I am upset I had to pay for their horrible nails with my HARD earned money while they can harass my girls for the $22 dollars and tip of a horrible service and outcome which led to me having to spend more money getting them redone. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE FOOLS!!

I went for a regular manicure on a what looked like a slow Friday afternoon for them. The manicure lasted less than 5 minutes, polish globbed on with air bubbles and streaks, and nail polish all around the edges of my skin because she was so rushed doing it (meanwhile the store was not busy AT ALL). The nail tech also made 3 of my fingers bleed while pushing and cutting my cuticles back because she was so aggressive and rough. As I was leaving the manager called me from ACROSS the salon yelling EXCUSE ME so when I turned around she asked me put a tip on my credit card shoving the receipt into my hand to write in a tip. Shocked she would even ask this, let alone yelling across the store, I showed her the bleeding nails and poor manicure job. Not offering to resolve the issue or fix the nails, I left in disbelief of the poor service and outright rudeness. Will not be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE…. I walk in and I ask for a fill-in for my acrylic nails and a pedicure… I show her the most simplistic design you could think of and she starts raising her voice and saying how she can’t do it… I didn’t argue with her and I just said forget the design. I go to the pedicure chair and when she was scrubbing my feet she CUT MY FOOT and the water in the tub part of the chair was so cold!! I was over it at this point but I needed my nails done badly so I sat down and she starts cutting my nails off!! I got so mad I didn’t ask her to cut my tips off I asked for a fill in of the ones I already had on so I ended up having to pay more money when I didn’t want too…she flat out didn’t even know how to do acrylic nails that the worker next to her had to show her how to do my nails. I asked for almond shaped nails and when I looked down at my nails they were not almond shaped at all… so I mentioned to her that one hand wasn’t even the same shape as the other… and she kept trying to convince me that they were the same shape… I had the other worker come back and fix my nails… she had to do so much filing to fix it so both hands could look the same that my middle finger is significantly shorter due to filing it so much… my nails are practically transparent and are super bumpy… I was very unhappy with how my nails turned out..

Very rude. Called to ask a question and instead of saying goodbye, she just asked “are you coming or not?”
