After I spoke with Steve we were able to rectify the payment issue. Service was rendered and I feel extremely confident that the basement bathroom will not flood. Liar and a cheat. Told me he pumped 5000 gallons. Charged $780, I later confirmed I only have 2 1000 gallon tanks. He only pumped 1.
