Rich came out on Christmas Eve and defrosted my frozen pipes. I had recently bought a house which was a flip and much work was poor. There was no insulation on the pipes or the exterior of the home. Rich patiently found the areas frozen and defrosted them piece by piece. I have water and he saved my Christmas dinner. He was professional, personable and patient with my questions. I have already made another appointment with Rich to solve other issues that have arisen and to do other projects I am planning. His price was fair and reasonable. Very happy with his work.

He outlined everything we requested completed at our first meeting in a detailed estimate, a schedule was given for us to see all the phases of our project and at the end of each day of work, he sent us a detailed log with pictures of what had been completed. He was also incredibly neat and treated our home with the utmost respect and care. The experts he brought to complete specific tasks conducted themselves in the same manner. The job was completed beautifully, ahead of schedule, and within budget. It’s rare in any professional to find both skill and kindness, but Rich and his team are the real deal!

I used Triple R Services to make some modifications in my home. Converted a half bathroom to a full bathroom, repositioned some doorways, added high hats in the living room, installed central air. I contacted Rich to help me with a toilet that kept running , a clogged shower drain and to creat a vent for my clothing dryer. I called Rich on Tuesday about converting a stove from natural to lp gas. I also had a “kinked” copper line that needed repair. Rich came three days later. Work was quick, clean and fairly priced. Very happy with the job and will definitely use him again. Highly recommended!
