I dread going there, I only go when I’m desperate. Zero support, long lines and a stupid rewards program. Scan a bar code instead of asking us all to give our phone numbers out loud. It’s not like I’m saving any money. I’ve called to ask if something was back in stock and told it was only to get there and them tell me it wasn’t. 🤦🏻‍♀ I am a huge Karps fan, but the new owner isn’t keeping the vibe or inventory. I’m crushed.

Worst hardware store in the Town of Huntington. Staff is not friendly or helpful/knowledgeable. Lines are sometimes out of the door with no back up. It’s very rare that you will find the plumbing fitting you will need. Hands down the WORST. Go to Karp’s instead.

Me and my friend are trying to go in the store and booking for parts for my four wheeler and there is a old lady following us around and there was another lady being really rude and I go confront them and they kick us out
