Northport Store is Awesome!! The Managers, are so kind! I have back issues and every time I go and if a certain Manager (I’m so sorry, I forgot his name😑) is there he always asked me how I’m doing, and will tell me, go sit up front, give me your shopping list and I will go get it all!!! He does this all the time, and he also always asked if he can help me to my car. The entire staff is Amazing!! Selection of fresh produce blows my mind and so does the Butcher department. I can’t say enough, how I Love the Store!!! Bravo to the Entire Staff!! And Thank You!!!!

Have shopped at your store for years. Meat amazing, produce fresh, help incredible and the store is clean.....prices reasonable and competitive. What more can a customer want. I have friends that drive from Huntington Bay to shop at Giunta's.

Great produce selection! Prices are right and great quality foods. Would shop here all the time if I lived nearby.

Nice that Meat farms is in Northport and don't have to go to the Commack store. Better parking in Northport.

They have great meat, produce and deli items

New to the area as of 2020 and sampling the local grocery stores. I guess you could say with fresh eyes. I’m not the primary buyer of groceries and food for my family - that’s my wife or delivery services.
But when I need certain hard to find or exceptional quality items, I go in for it.
By looking at the facade, and some of the surrounds, I didn’t have high hopes. Also never heard of the name before. What’s a “meat farm?”
But I’ve been pleasantly surprised the dozen of times I’ve been in.
This market is excellent. Many hard to find food items, higher end, imported and artisanal. It always seems well stocked and lots of staff help in place. Perishable items look very fresh.
I am really liking this place more and more each time I go. For what I’ve seen so far, and the path it seems to be on: I give it 5-stars.
It’s the kind of place that you take the extra time to just wander, buy some new items, and see what’s out there. See ya in Spring!

We have been shopping here since they opened and we could not be happier. Their produce is wonderful with many hard to find fruits and vegetables. Great service:
the butcher will ground lamb for you
the produce person will split a container of mushrooms for you because you only need half a pound
The young cashiers are pleasant and happy
The manager is more than happy to help me find bulgar wheat or pearl tapioca
and
Their prices are much better than the everyday prices at stop and shop!
It’s a great addition to the neighborhood!

My favorite grocery store in the area. They have the best selection of produce. It is fresh and full. The area is clean and well maintained.

The meat selection is also great. They carry a wide range of beef, pork and chicken. They are willing to custom cut prewrapped cuts for free.

Their prepared food selection is good and of high quality.

Their fish selection is very limited, but I don't like fish. So it works out.

Really great produce section! It's always fresh, and there are great prices. Butcher is good too. It's open so that you can see that it is clean; it is a bit smelly though.. Good spice/herb section. Good cheeses and desserts too! Usually plenty of lanes open so that there is a fast checkout.

The BEST chicken salad at the deli area. Incredible produce, low prices. The frozen shrimp are a deal. Good selection of cleaning products, as well. Love this grocery store.

What can I say? When you undercut the union shop across the street, you can afford to offer rock bottom prices on meat - like $17/lb skirt steak!

Great addition to the area. High point for me is the produce section. Many hard to find items - shallots, turmeric, about 6 different hot pepper varieties - as well as wide selection of general produce, all in very good condition and priced lower than Stop & Shop across the street.
Grocery items and cheeses priced right as well.

During the pandemic they have been absolutely phenomenal to the neighborhood.
The deli manager, Frankie was very helpful when ordering items for catering.
The store is immaculate!

The Northport store provides a relaxing shopping experience. The produce in meat department are the best in town. The entire staff is just so happy to recognize you as a regular shopper and it's just a great store to be in. The guys and girls at the deli department are always so kind and you can always get a nice special for the week. Your fresh rolls in the cabinet or delicious and I buy your store Italian bread usually three or four at a time it is so delicious. Thank you Northport Giuntas for providing a relaxed shopping experience with the best selection of chicken beef produce Gary Deli in the most kind staff.

Giunta's is an excellent grocery store. Prices are good on meats, vegetables, baked goods, deli counter. Not so good with bulk items, processed foods, soda etc. Staff is very good, and as a mom and pop chain they appear to be compensated well by good, friendly, working culture.

Always well stocked. Pleasant and helpful staff. Amazing selection of meat, for carnivores. Amazing selection of veggies and fruits for those searching for fresh, unique, and well-presented items. Worth a visit.

Fresh bread, fresh baked strudel...sooo good. The produce is fresh and the employees are friendly. I think I found a local market that doesn’t disappoint. I’ll be back my 3rd consecutive day for fresh bread!Thank you ☺

great grocery store beats the price's of the big store across the street. Produce section is expansive also prices are very affordable. the meat dept. can't be beat ,they actually do the the butchering on premises.

Always fresh produce. Always being replenished. Deli staff know what they are doing and listen to the customers. Every register is open and there are NEVER lines to checkout. What more could you ask??
