I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with the All-State team in Brewster, NY. Right from the start they were nothing but helpful, informative, and genuinely nice to me and my wife. They are a GREAT team of people that have nothing but their own clients interest at heart.

Very comforting, while I've not had any "issues" (thank goodness!) - any reason I have had to reach out has always been met with a courteous and informative response. I recently went through the division of property, and a re-alignment of insurance needs and Tyrone Taylor and Andrew Rivera have been the best team I could hope for. It's been a long relationship- and it's one I will continue to trust!

Excellent, trustworthy service.

I thought Tyrone would be the right for our family but after over hearing him speak on the phone with my father, I lost all my respect for him. He raised his voice at my father for absolutely no reason as if he was talking to one of his own family members. This is not the way you treat someone Tyrone, especially a loyal client who just wants to keep you updated. He tried calling you multiple times but you never answered. As a result, we had to switch to a different agent that actually treats their clients respectfully, follows up and does not treat us like a transaction. You did not have to say "I did not have to reply to your text" you could've simply acknowledged it and followed up. I wish you the best in your future endeavors Tyrone and I HOPE this does not happen to anyone else.

I recently left Allstate as my insurance carrier due to the appalling customer service. It took 13 days to even get a phone call after my car was rear ended, and another 3 weeks to get a settlement to replace my car. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental vehicle, even though the accident was not my fault. Farmers Insurance gave me a rate that saved my over half what I was paying through Allstate. You’re not necessarily in good hands with Allstate.
