Great people! Super down to earth and most important, HONEST AND TRANSPARENT! It was our first time visiting and we left feeling so confident and comfortable with Dr Heller and the team at East Northport Animal Hospital. Everyone was really nice and helpful and you can tell that they not only know what they're doing but they actually care about all the pets and pet parents that walk through their down. Thank you! We will see you in 3 weeks!

As always the staff is friendly courteous and helpful! They are so good with my dog and with me! Dr. Heller is always there for us when we need him and really cares about my dog. I would not trust my dog with anyone else. Thank you to you Dr. Heller and to your wonderful staff!

I recently had the privilege of visiting East Northport Animal Hospital with my puppy, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience we had. Dr. Heller's gentle and patient approach with my pup put her at ease, making her feel safe and comfortable. The entire staff displayed a genuine passion for their work, providing friendly, attentive, and professional service.

The waiting room and exam room were spotless, they even put a cute little mat down on the exam table. Knowing that they have an emergency hotline and offer house calls gave me some extra peace of mind. Dr. Heller went above and beyond by not only offering expert medical care but also taking the time to educate me on various aspects of my pup's health. His personalized approach made it clear that he treats every pet as if it were his own.

With a new puppy and an older cat who can’t seem to keep himself out of trouble, I have been seeing a lot of Dr Heller and his staff over the past 6 months. Luckily, he and his staff are always great! They are all very friendly and professional and have quite a bit of experience which makes some of the unpleasantries of pet health (shots, surgery, illness) a much more pleasant experience. Took my Italian Mastiffs there when they were puppies. Needed information about my them after a year and a half. I didn't have any paperwork Alegra facilitated everything for me in 2 mins of her time. Thank you for the great customer service and all you guys do for beloved pets.

Dr. Hella was very helpful with our new Pitbull puppy Blade. He spent time to educate us about the breed as well as training tips'' which worked''. He really cares and treats your dog as his own. First time kitten owner, Dr Heller was very patient with me & offered much needed advice/guidance

It’s taken me a while to be able to write this, but I feel this review is important. My 11 year old dog stopped eating right after Thanksgiving, and I brought him to see Dr. Heller. X-rays and scans showed inflammation throughout the entire gastrointestinal system. Blood work was inconclusive, pointing to several possibilities. We decided to give my dog IV fluids, and some meds to see if it would help, it did help him for a couple of days, and then he would relapse. As we weren’t seeing much improvement, Dr Heller suggested I go see a specialist, who thought it was either autoimmune or cancer. We continued the fluids and meds while hoping he would improve. Unfortunately, on the morning of Christmas Eve, it was clear he wasn’t going to make it. Even though Dr Heller’s office was closed for the holiday, he took time away from his own family to make a house call and put my dog to sleep in the comfort of our home. This was an incredibly difficult time for our family and the extraordinary care and compassion that Dr Heller and his staff showed to us will always be appreciated and remembered. If we ever get another pet, we will definitely choose East Northport Animal Hospital again.

East Northport Animal Hospital was incredibly accommodating to their 1st time patient "Phoebe"! They took her last minute due to an issue w/ her tail. From the young lady who took her info in the exam room to the vet & the young lady who administered her medication they couldn't have been more friendly & caring!

Not only the staff and assistants are very caring and professional, Dr. Jason Heller is the real deal. Straight shooter, tells it like it is and is always there when called upon.
My Border Collie Jax, ran into a very difficult moment yesterday and Dr. Jason Heller took him in right away and brought Jax back to life. I hold ENAH as the top animal hospital in the area, and I have been to many settling in with the ENAH as my preferred.
ENAH always goes above & beyond, and a visit is always followed up by phone call the next day.

I am so very thankful that my friend recommended Dr. Heller. He was absolutely wonderful and truly cares about helping out the animal and their pawrents. Dr. Heller and Meghan (vet tech) were so helpful, patient and kind. My pup needed a very in depth surgery, as he had paraphimosis. Every other Dr. wanted an insane amount just for a pre-surgical consult and were more concerned about how I was going to come up with their astronomical fees and charges. Dr. Heller truly just wanted to see my pup and get the proper plan in place. If you want to go somewhere where they will not rake you over the coals and get top of the line treatment, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Heller and East Northport Animal Hospital.

Over 10 years ago we switched to East Northport Animal Hospital to care for our Maltese Bella. Dr. Heller is a knowledgeable, caring and loving vet. When it came time to have Bella meet her maker after 14 glorious years there was no one better than Dr. Heller.
He was like one of the family when we came together. It’s hard to think about getting another dog at this time but Dr. Heller will be missed and he would be one of the reasons I would consider another dog in the future .

Great Staff. Extremely accommodating, patient. Dr Heller and his staff creates an environment that’s comfortable for both my GSD and myself. Great communication, explains everything in matter that makes complete sense. He is 100 percent honest. Extremely caring. Saved my German Shepherd who had an emergency Cryptorchid Neuter Surgery.

Dr. Heller goes above and beyond for his patients, and is attentive, very compassionate, and highly intelligent. Dr Heller is a Veterinarian, who knows how to speak, and articulate himself. Your lucky if you have him taking care of your pet. He has always been available for my dogs needs. I can tell you he does was he does because he enjoys helping animals and the pets that put smiles on their family’s faces.

Dr. Heller is truly the most caring doc I know. He cares deeply about any pet and is helping us through a very difficult time for our family. He states the facts and is only focused on one thing, the well being of your fur baby. Thanks to Dr. Heller and your amazing staff.

Dr. Heller is by far the best veterinarian I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He's extremely knowledgeable and take the pets health as the number one priority. Very honest and straight forward, I would NEVER go anywhere else unless it was absolutely necessary.
