There was fast & easy ordering sure but there was also friendly and efficient problem-solving when I called with an issue. Neil and Michael couldn't have been nicer. They were so pleasant and handled my issue so promptly and efficiently that I started asking questions about products I was only thinking about I called. I ended up buying three more items and now I'm set Yay! I wish everything was so easy.

Amazing service, prompt communication on a question from their staff via e-mail. Got my awesome new Giro Aero helmet for my upcoming training and Ironmans. Thanks!

I ordered a pair of Kenda Flames on Saturday night - free shipping. FedEx dropped them off Tuesday morning @ 9:30A.M.. I installed them this afternoon on a Lectric XP 3.0 and put 20 miles on them. They were exactly what I ordered and the best price I found anywhere online.
Very satisfied.

Bicycle Buys was the only place that had the bike rack in stock that I wanted so I ordered through their site (I've never heard of them before). I placed my order on a Tuesday, and after reading some negative reviews I gave them a call on Thursday to follow up and spoke to a nice guy named Andrew. He told me the order should ship in a few days and to reach out if it doesn't. It shipped that night and I received it the next day. Zero complaints about my experience so I had to leave this review.

Have been trying to find a pair of 20x4 'Huntsman' tires here over on the west coast of Canada to no avail. 'Vee Rubber America' in NY told me that Bicyclebuys had them in stock. I'm a very wary online shopper these days but took 'Vee Rubber sales' word and some online sleuthing by myself. Ordered Sunday night Jan 8, took the free ground shipping which was Fed Ex and received the tires Jan 13 at noon in Point Roberts WA on the other side of the
USA !!
Between Bicycle Buys filling order rapidly and awesome shipping by Fed Ex, very efficient, WELL DONE ! 5 stars and then some !

First off this is a legit site that cares about its customers. My experience with their customer service was the best I ever had. When you call you get an automated message that brings you to an enthusiastic real person in seconds. They were able to solve the difficulties with my order and gained a permanent customer. Please give this site a chance as you will be supporting a local Long Island buissnes.

Great customer service and follow up, I had a misunderstanding and expected my package sooner. Due to everything going on, USPS isn't having a delay in delivery so much, but they are having a delay where there are no tracking updates till the package is at your door or on the truck about to drop off. So it looks like the package isn't shipped yet. I was butfhurt because I paid for express and it looked like the order was just chilling at the shop. They offered to reship if it didn't arrive by the expected day, which it did. They even emailed me checking in the day of expected delivery. Im really glad they have this unique part and didn't have to order from some bike shop in the UK.

Bicyclebuys in Long Island customer service is exceptional! I ordered a helmet for my 4.5 year old for his bday. I was afraid it wouldn’t get in time so i called to have them cancel it as my father in law thought he found it in store... so i called and they promptly cancelled the order. My father in law then called back to say he had the wrong one so i had to call again and ask them to i cancel which they promptly handled...i called 2 days later to find out if they had an estimated delivery due to the current situation (covid) and everything bc being delayed. They said don’t worry they GF 3 in stock i should get an email within 2 days... i didn’t and so called back and Sean informed me he would call me back as soon as he got in touch w shipping and ensure i would have it expediently given it was for a bday - he even marked my account. He called me back within 30 min and gave me a fed ex tracking so not only did i have it delivered in time but w the expedited fed ex shop which they didn’t charge me for, i got it ahead of time!

Reading the reviews I was a little hesitant to place an order here, but they had what I wanted in stock and at a great price. The products shipped very quickly, were packaged well, and there were absolutely no issues. I will not hesitate to order from BicycleBuys again.

Ordered a pair of Shimano cleats to replace a pair I had about 15 years for indoor spinning. Pricing was solid compared to sellers and considering current pandemic impacts on businesses overall, I was especially impressed with how fast they shipped via FedEx (<24 hrs after the order was placed), and that my shoes arrived a few days earlier than originally projected. I only wish that I had known about BicycleBuys *before* I ordered my Thule Passage 2 Bike Car Carrier from another online store a day or 2 before ordering these shoes. I'm still waiting on that order to *hopefully* ship by next week, but now I know to check BicycleBuys for all of my biking needs first.

I had a great experience with Bicycle Buys. I needed a new pair of road wheels and knew exactly what I wanted. Bicycle buys offered the lowest price that I could find and free shipping. I placed the order, it was shipped and arrived before expected (from east coast to California!). I rode the wheels for the first time today and love them. A+

I bought a shift lever online, the next day realized it would not work for me. I called them, got a real person on the phone right away. very polite and understanding of my situation. I had a PayPal refund less than 10 mins later. I will buy from them again. Excellent customer service. Thanks!

Andrew helped me when I had defective pedals. The vendor was slow to respond but he kept at it and got my pedals replaced. Thanks for all the hard work and great customer service.

The helmet I bought arrived as described and within five business days of purchase. It appears others have had problems, but I haven’t. Considering most complaints have been regarding returns and exchanges, I would recommend that you know exactly what you’re buying and that you know it will work for you beforehand.

I was just at here a few hours ago.I took both my grandsons in to be Fitted... for helmets. I didn't go in telling them what they needed,since I never bought helmets before I went to the experts. The boys were fitted and the gentlemen explained to us how to adjust them for size. Also we were greeted at the door and a salesmen came to take care of us. Hopefully the negative comments can be removed,since they have been taken care of.

I was hesitant to purchase from Bicycle Buys after reading the reviews but I had a great experience. I ordered cycling shoes online on a Thursday and had the shoes on Tuesday. The cost was the best I could find online too.

What a great bike shop, zero problems and a quick delivery. Will definitely be using their site instead of Amazon as they both have a ton of variety but bicycle buys doesn't give me the fear of buying cheap junk.
