I have been going here for 13 years for all my home needs and DIY's!
I've never been to a store where everyone wants to help! They don't point the finger to where something is, they go right to the spot and show you options!
Yesterday I brought my chainsaw to see if they would help me put the jammed chain back to its place. With open arms they spent some time to help me out!!!
So thankful from the bottom of my heart!
They are all so knowledgable helpful!

They repaired my Stihl blower perfect. Runs like it was new. I will always be coming here from now on. Honest, friendly and knowledgable staff. Store is fully stocked too.

If you ever need an excellent hardware store, County Line Hardware in Huntington is the best. Their staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable...the personal touch. I will never set foot in Home Depot again...no comparison

Highly recommend! I wanted to buy a Stihl chainsaw - found that County Line Hardware was a dealer and drove over - nicest guy (Vinny) took the time to go over the chainsaws he had in stock and what he recommended and why - he got me all set with the online warranty and then took my new chainsaw in the back and added the bar oil and gas (50:1). He then walked outside with me and went through all of the options on the chainsaw and started her up - amazing service you don’t get a Home Depot or Lowes or least of all Amazon. This has now become my new "go to" hardware store.

I get the best service from honest loyal working people at County Line Hardware. I can always trust who I know first.

My boyfriend lives at this store - they have items that large corp. do not. We had to run here quick today and as always, the customer service is top notch, intelligent & will do custom orders if need certain parts. Support your mom & pop shops! They go out of their way for you. I have been here probably 100 times but this is what we bought today and took maybe 3 minutes tops. Fast, smart, efficient and good prices.

5 stars for County Line Hardware !! I needed a spare key for my 2006 Hyundai . No problem!
They were able to duplicate my key and did so with courtesy and professionalism . I highly recommend this store for all your hardware needs. You will be glad you did .They are extremely helpful and all about good service . Hard to find these days .

I highly recommend County Line Hardware. Vinny has gone above and beyond several times to help me with chainsaw problems, he's an expert on Stihl products. He is not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. Vinny is extremely knowledgeable and HONEST. Service like this is unheard of at a big box store.

I have found THE BEST hardware store ever! Today I told them that they now have a customer for life!
The store was recommended to me by someone and I brought a very difficult 'project' for their advise and solution. I was in a pickle.
The moment I stepped into the store folks were asking me if they can help me in any way.
Mike was the first gentleman that 'took a shot' at solving the problem. We were not having luck. He then called over VInny who is one of the owners of the store. He probably spent close to an hour with me, not only figuring out a solution but custom cutting parts in the machine shop in the back. They custom made the part for me!
When the job was competed and I was told the price, I wanted to give them more money then I was charged. This store is excellent.
If you are tired of the Home Depots of the world or the local hardware stores where workers don't really know what they are doing, go to County Line Hardware. You will not be sorry.

These guys are the best. They go pass the call of duty to help everybody out. They'll give you knowledge and understand, if you're confused about a project you're working on. It's a pleasure going there, as supposed to the larger stores.

So I own a painting company veterans painting and papering. I was on job site and my power washer extender pole snapped on me. These guys had the opportunity to sell me a new pole that would have cost me approximately $300. Naturally any salesman would have sold me the pole. The piece that I needed didn’t fit bc that’s how big corporations make their money. Sell you stuff that you can’t buy parts for... well it took them well over 30 minutes going back and forth trying to get it to work. After multiple attempts that had to basically drill into part to make it wide enough for the replacement part to fix. Let me re-iterate 30 minutes was spent on getting this done for me. They wouldn’t give up. Any other company would have said hey sorry here’s a new pole for $300. What really shocked me the most was that they didn’t even charge me... seriously.....I don’t write reviews but this had to be done. I really can’t believe what just happened. I read something from another review on here for a 1 star... I really think that you need to reconsider on what you wrote. Maybe you were thinking about another store because what just happened to me is unheard of... I will make sure from this point forward that whenever I am working in the area that I am coming here. They have officially got a customer for life and I’m going to highly recommend them to every contractor that I know...

Staffs are very nice and helpful. They explain about the products very professionally with patience. I strongly recommend this store.

The staff here is always knowledgeable and ready to help. On my latest visit, they cut a custom piece of glass for a large frame I had brought in and it was all done while I waited. Even nearby Home Dept couldn't have done that! Hurray for the local store.

The person who helped us out was nice and urgent to help. It was their 6th day there!They helped us get butane for our roadtrip sunday, definitely recommend. Place had a great vibe.

This is the best hardware store in Suffolk and Nassau Counties. It's run by two brothers who care, they hire knowledgeable staff or young guys and educate them.
