We purchased our home in 2018, and I hired Paul and his crew to install lights and ceiling fans in almost every room because there weren’t any. Since that first job, we had him do countless work for us over the last 4-5 years. He’s changed out outlets, light switches, ran new wires for new outlets and lights, put together chandeliers, installed exhaust fans in multiple rooms, installed smart switches, thermostats wired to my boiler, upgraded our electrical panel, and countless other work.
Paul is a great guy and he knows how to treat customers, and he provides high quality work. It’s always a pleasure to see Paul and his guys. They are always respectful, and clean up after too.
I thought I gave a review earlier or I would have done it sooner. But it just shows you the level of satisfaction that even after almost 5 years, we are extremely happy with the work provided, and have never once had any issues at all. I can’t say enough positive things. I will continue to have Paul as my electrician for many years to come. I am thankful for all the hard work they have put into my house to make it as nice as it is today.

We had a great experience with big Bear Liam was awesome he did all the work quickly and well. When my husband paid him he overpaid them by $100 and Liam came back and gave my husband $100 back. His honesty was appreciated. They came on time everything was cleaned up it was great definitely give them five stars will use them again. Paul and his team installed 18 LED high hats for me in 3 bedrooms and my home office as well as added a much needed outlet in my garage. The crew of 5 worked super quickly to get the entire job done in only a handful of hours and I was very pleased with their courtesy and thoughtfulness throughout the day. They were punctual and also very clean, laying down drop cloths and vacuuming after the work was done! I'd recommend Big Bear Electrical with out a doubt.

I emailed Big Bear Electrical for an estimate for an attic fan that was not working. The company responded within minutes and scheduled an in home estimate immediately. When the man came he was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a very fair estimate and within the next few days I had the attic fan replaced by two even nicer, professional gentlemen. The work was completed in a very short time, they were very neat and explained what they were doing and how to use the fan moving forward. I definitely will be using Big Bear Electrical in the very near future for a ceiling fan I need installed. Definitely use this company for a honest, professional, and affordable experience.

Big Bear Electric has my business for LIFE when it comes to my electric needs. Paul and his team are extremely prompt, caring, thorough and reasonable with pricing. They replaced my entire panel and all my breakers that needed replacement. They also ran a line to my shed in the backyard, hung a spot light under my gutter and fixed an outside outlet that was bad. They always answer/respond and come out to you as quick as they can. I’ve never seen any other company more reliable than them. I’ve dealt with my fair share of electricians and trust my word that they are the best of the best.

The owner of this company is a fair and honest man. I have used this company twice to hook up ring cameras for my property and I am pleased with the work. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy. I will certainly be using them for my electrical needs in the future.

Paul (Owner) and his team performed some work at my home. The work was completed as requested. His team arrived on-time as scheduled and made quick and professional work of the job! Absolutely magnificent!! On time, very respectful of property and us! Very professional. Took great care that we were safe. Had to change all electrical from pole to house for new “smart meter!” I can’t say enough about them or “big bear!”

What a great company and what a great guy. His other coworkers were so nice. He was on time, helpful, tidy and organized. I had a panel issue and flickering lights. He came by and figured out the problem quickly after one other electrician came and didn’t have an answer. The next day the crew was here and fixed everything not leaving a drop of dirt. I’m very happy with them. They will be my electricians forever and I will tell all my friends about them.

Great customer service. They installed an interlock switch and an outside outlet for my home. They kept me informed while waiting on the parts due to Cov. delays. The work was neat and clean, I would definitely use them again.

Came out next day to resolve an issue with gfci outlet tripping repeatedly. Very polite, knowledgeable and fair pricing. Clearly approach their work with honesty and integrity. Highly recommended and will contact them again if I run into other problems.
