We called this company and the Gentleman was extremely rude and hung up on us. We asked for COI for one of his clients and he kept sending us the wrong COI and when we would try to tell him he would tell us email only and hang up. called another coast2coast and they said they get so many complaints re: this NY agency.

Keep off this insurance agency.one you sign up with them , they no longer pick up calls.I did put up a big down payment to renew my commercial insurance & immediately got a terminal illness & cancelled my policy but they have refused with my down payment of almost $2000.00 & instead blocked my phone when I called to check the progress after 7 months of being told to wait.Total rip off & greed!!!!!!!
