My favorite Chinese takeout place. Their servings are generous and everything tastes fresh. Meat is trimmed well so even the pork ribs have minimal fat. They also have online ordering so I don't have to talk to anyone on the phone and my boyfriend/family usually answers the door so I don't have to engage with any human being I don't know at any point!

NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH PANDA EXPRESS. This place is much better in my opinion.

5 starts are not enough. Look no further than Panda Garden for the best in quality and service. Fast delivery too. Love this place!

Moved to the area 2 years ago and tried a few places unsuccessfully until I found Panda Garden. This is absolutely our go-to Chinese restaurant in the area. Our food is always fresh, hot and not overly greasy. We usually order pork fried rice (with a scrambled egg in it ) shrimp lo mein (no vegetables),, fried chicken wings (cut up) and broccoli in garlic sauce. The cashier is always friendly to us and always gets our order right except for the last time. It was 7pm on a Friday night (I’m sure a very busy time), I had ordered broccoli and garlic sauce, but I guess she heard shrimp and garlic sauce.. it was definitely more expensive, but really tasty with huge shrimp and lots of fresh, green peppers, carrots, water chestnuts, and broccoli. Order was delivered quickly as well. I called in the order and paid for it over the phone and added the tip so the driver could just leave it on the doorstep. BTW, the driver is strictly about doing his job.-delivering your food efficiently and in a timely manner so don’t expect any extra pleasantries ( except one time when I had ordered probably on a non-busy day, and he had complemented our home).

One of the better Chinese takeout around. Prices are very reasonable and service efficient.

The best food in the area, hands down. Fresh, tasty and generously portioned. The steamed dumplings are amazing. They have their own online ordering for delivery and pickup and it’s super convenient.

The food is really great. I never had any issues.

UPDATE: I think that time with this review was the only time I had issues.
The below one, make sure you confirm your phone and check your receipt that your food is correct. That’s it. But other than that they are great, fast and the lady who answers the phone is much nicer now. Also I drive from far because their Chinese is the best I’ve had. Specially the orange chicken. Worth the drive to me

Always order from there but I think they should take NAMES instead of numbers to avoid confusion with orders.

Let me just say, we've lived here 7 years and we finally found a great Chinese spot. Ordered the hot and sour soup yesterday and it was amazing!! Love to order here everything is always fresh and delivery is fast. Try the Kung Po chicken!

I’ve lived in centereach for two years now and I tried pretty much every place within a radius of a few miles around the area and in my option, I think the food here is all around the best. I have had different meals on every section throughout the menu. The steamed dumplings are amazing. This place has been consistent with good quality food every once a week I order from them for over a year now. Lastly, my father lost his taste for Chinese food about 15 years ago cause he couldn’t find a place he liked anymore, I made him try this place and now remembered good Chinese food that he used to miss and now I order it for him when my parents come over and he enjoys it every time and like me, loves the steamed dumplings. I highly recommend this place.

Have only ever ordered delivery but have ordered lots of times. They are consistently prompt with delivery. The food is always hot. The driver is always very pleasant. I have never had to call for a mistake. The prices are competitive. This is definitely a “go-to” spot for awesome Chinese food!

I actually just tried for the first time. All the food was piping hot! The egg roll was the biggest I’ve ever seen. I had the combo of chicken in garlic sauce. Everything was delicious & the portion size has left me with another meal. Definitely will be back!

There are no seats for sit down. But the food is delicious and portions massive (a dish can easily feed two people).

It’s also always busy, I saw at least 15 orders be completed in the 12 minutes I waited for my order.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Me and my boyfriend love the food here, it is ALWAYS fresh, hot, and delicious. And fast! I moved to Bay shore and i still come out here for my Chinese food.

I don’t understand some of these reviews that always had good experiences give a bad review for the one time it wasn’t amazing.

DEFINITELY WORTH TRYING OUT. I always get roast pork and mushroom, buffalo chicken wings (like the sauce they put on it pretty good) , generals, and broccoli.

I am very picky with my Chinese food but I have to say this place is pretty good! I was very happy with my chicken and broccoli dish, it was above average. The portion was large as well and I was able to finish my leftovers the next day for a decent sized lunch as well. The service was exceptional, the guy behind the counter immediately greeted Marvin and I and effortlessly struck up a conversation with us. He was also very friendly with everyone else who came in after us, most of the people already knew him. I was very happy with my entire experience here and would definitely recommend for anyone in the area craving some good Chinese food and a friendly face!

i was born and raised in ny, and this is the best Chinese food in my area 🤷‍♂🤷‍♂🤷‍♂. authentic, yummy, even when I moved out of New York and came back to visit, it gives me a taste of home 🫶🏼🫶🏼

You wouldn’t think it by the look of the place but the food is great! Definitely one of the best takeouts I’ve had. The egg rolls are huge, chicken and broccoli is delish. Always fast delivery and the order is always correct.

Panda Garden always has fresh, tasty food at a reasonable price and it’s ready quickly. We only order the lunch specials.

I unintentionally visited this takeout restaurant and was surprised at the food there. I give 4 starts for the taste which is better than most of Chinese takeouts I tried. The fried rice is very tasty and not dried out. Moreover, the food value is excellent which deserves 5 stars. For a $7+ lunch box, you get a large box of delicious food. Overall, I give 5 stars and will recommend this place for a casual meal.

Great food. Gentlemen delivering food is always rude but thats okay, i want my food with culture. Only improvement is wonton soup made with tap water you can taste the tap water.
