I would give more stars if I could. Cathy and the team in the ER were incredible. After 2 days of trying to get into another clinic for a monoclonal infusion with no success, I was able to get in a. ER room, be examined and evaluated, and infusion started within 30 minutes. They were so attentive and so kind. Big kuddos to the triage staff, PA, and nurse for their care and concern. Best ER experience I have had.

Took my mother in for an ortho injury, the ER staff was fantastic! Very quick, thorough and understanding. As we are on vacation and from out of state there was additional stress being in new area but the staff made that melt away... thank you!!!

The staff and doctors in Endoscopy were amazing - professional, unhurried and kind. They helped me get over the final leg of my illness and send me on my way to a full recovery.

To the ER; 1 hr in & out. Everyone was respectful, courteous & efficient. Even gave me the phone extension for self pay/no insurance without making me feel apologetic for my circumstances. No red tape or hoops to jump through to receive care. This is how healthcare should be.

Claxton Hepburn Medical Center is a wonderful regional health care center that offers many services seldom seen at similar sized hospitals. The Richard Winter Cancer Treatment Center provides cutting edge technologies ,and treatments. The Ravinder Agarwal Renal Center and Thomas Patterson Wound Healing Centers are just a couple other examples of outstanding programs not found at most small rural hospitals.

Wonderful compassionate staff in the Covid test center. Had me in and out in 25 minutes.

had surgery today,the nurses in ambulatory were the absolute best,very tentative to every detail that was meeded,dr herzog and josh caruso dod an excellent job ,dr herzog os an absolute awsome surgeon ,by far the best i have ever had, thank you to the or nurses you were great ,lori and jessica my care was off the chart,dr b and your team what great people you are thank you for the great care

Had to go into the er and the dr I had was amazing he listen to my problems and was amazing about everything and the nurses great best care I have ever had

The staff at Claxton Hepburn are kind and professional. Most importantly they are an excellent team of physicians and nurses!
