My favorite generation of classic boots, since their birth in 1952...The store clerk was very enthusiastic in helping me, thank you 😄

Presented my needs and the salesperson showed me a few choices of shoes. She measured me and we found the perfect shoe. Appreciated her guidance and knowledge.

Went in for new work boots, made an investment in my feet, back and health. Ron and his staff made excellent suggestions and I left with the perfect work boots and accessories forever. Dina took care of me from the moment I walked in the door, and is the actual dictionary definition of customer service in the good ol' US of A. Thank you Ron and Red Wing!!

I had originally bought boots at the Massapequa store. After being fitted for a 9.5 w they gave me a 10w instead without telling me. When I brought them back for an exchange I was told they didn't have my Size .
I went to the Huntington store for an exchange. There I was made aware that the Massapequa store never even made me a customer account and couldn't do the exchange without it. The Huntington manager called them back and fixed the problem. Thanks to the Huntington store manager I was able to get my correct sized boots. Huntington will be my go to store from now on.

Great store. They did have a few Red Wing and Irish setters on sale. I don't remember the sales associate that helped us but she was awesome. Very friendly, kind and helpful. Although some of the Red wings boots are expensive, there's no price too high for quality.

Amazing, fast attentive service. Employee measured my feet and the way I walk within a few minutes on a special machine and then used the data gleaned to help me select and purchase good quality, comfortable 6” waterproof work boots and also helped me choose the best insoles for my feet and gait. Expensive but unbeatable quality. You get what you pay for!

This is the best shoe experience I’ve had in a very long time. Been missing out with this spot. I’ve had a continuous flow of bad boot shopping experiences and have been jaded lately. Hype this, hype that, snake oil disposable shoes. Name a brand, I’ve probably tried it. I’m on my feet a lot sometimes. Walking, standing, etc. A young salesman showed me literally the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. Sold me a shoe I didn’t believe existed. With a warranty! The staff here walked my jaded, stern preconceived notion beguiled self step by step and made me believe there’s a brand for people that need a real boot. Thank you.

My former low quality pair of boots were 15 months old and falling apart. I figured it was time for an upgrade. I walked in and was greeted by Stephanie. I had never been there and didn't exactly know what kind of boots I was looking for. She showed me a handful of pairs that fell in line with what I needed. She described their differences, telling me exactly the info I was looking for and I picked my favorite. My feet were sized by a cool fancy scanner and she helped me figure out the best fitting size from there. She helped me with all this while also assisting 3 other customers! She made my visit quick, easy, informative, and I left with an awesome new pair of boots. I will definitely be back for maintenance on the boots and someday when I need my next pair.

Great staff at the Huntington location! I will be going to them from now on instead of the carhartt across the street.

The young lady that helped me knew her stuff. This is my sixth or seventh pair of redwings and I love how comfortable they are

Ron was great and staff was very friendly. Never owned a redwing and I think I'll never buy another boot again. He sized me up laced me up and got me out quick. Very patient and would def recommend. Thanks again, see you back for a polish.

Very much a customer oriented business. It's all about you getting the right boot for whatever job you have. Huge selection for anything from construction to hospital to business to just a good looking shoe/boot for going out. They are kinda pricey but you def get what you pay for. I have two different types of work boots from them and don't think I'd switch to any other brand.

I've love going to this store for both my work and personal footwear since I found out they opened up in Huntington. They are very helpful and knowledgeable! Red Wing products are the only boots that last in my line of work. Highly recommended this store to all.

Owner was really receptive to my questions and assisted me with my shoe fitting. He used some next level technology to figure out my exact shoe size and any trouble spots in my walking. I will most likely return to purchase a pair of chukkas and a leather belt. Service here is superb!

My boyfriend and I used to go to the Holbrook location, but had an awful experience there. The ladies working there knew nothing about the boots and rushed us because they all wanted to go smoke cigarettes. So we decided to make the trip to the Huntington location for better luck. One of the employees, Matt helped my boyfriend immediately and was extremely knowledgeable about all the red wing boots. He was incredibly pleasant and we enjoyed the experience. He even recommended bringing back the old boots and gave my boyfriend options to continually use those as well. We were so happy with the customer service we bought a new pair of boots and brought back the old ones to get re-soled and cleaned up. The outcome was amazing!! We will now only go to this location because of Matt's awesome customer service.

Great selection of shoes for work and pleasure. Also sizes and widths. Been wearing redwings boots for over 30 years the best boot around!

I'm not the biggest fan of red wing boots, but when it comes to service the owner of this store does it right. He runs an efficient establishment with friendly and knowledgable service. This is what a shoe store should be like. Great job!
