My parents and i dropped by New York and they spent a great time here (with Maxmara, Allen Wang's fantastic guidance). He is extremely patient to my mom's requests. My mom spent 2 hours fitting and finally selected 5 products. Allen also personally helped us delivered them (we had some lifting issue) which was extremely professional.

We gained service as great as the price of products. Will likely come back again.

Great experience shopping at the Madison store! My SA, Allen Wang is very knowledgeable stylist and very attentive for the entire time! I also want to give acknowledgment to management team at this location, the managers, Tyler and Elana are very helpful through out the process of my purchase! I am highly recommended for this location and my SA and their team!

One of the MOST EXCEPTIONAL RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVER!! We ended up getting this unbelievable Nancy Pelosi Coat shipped to our home via UPS the next day from this store! I recently went to the store to try on a few coats and had the best service from Cristina. We went upstairs and she knew my size and exactly what I was looking for. She even introduced me to the coats I didn’t even know I needed! She was really patient with me and also let me try on the coats layered with sweaters from the store to make sure they fit well. Really excellent service and I definitely plan to shop here again.

Best toilet in all of NYC!!!! If you need to go while you're out, be sure to stop by here. Employees aren't rlly sure where the bathroom is, but it's on the second floor in the back. 5/5 experience
