We have grieved our taxes through All Island Tax Grievance since we purchased our home in 2011. We have received a significant reduction each time. Needless to say they have been successful in their efforts. We are very pleased with the outcome on our behalf. We are also reminded when it is time to submit the necessary paperwork for grievance.

I'd used other grievance services but never had success until I used All Island Tax Grievance. Since then I've used them twice more and had a second reduction. My bad, I missed the deadline this year but will have them file for the following year.

They did what they said they would do with me just filling in an application. They kept me informed through the whole long process. I got my taxes lowered and a rebate. I tried grieving my own taxes, did all of my homework and still ended up having trouble getting it done. Last year I signed up to have All Island grieve for us - nothing for me to do and grievance went through with a nice reduction. Wish I did that the first try - I'd be ahead by a few thousand dollars by now!

Easy and painless way to save money on my taxes #aitgny

I used AITG when I bought my home in early 2018, when my reduction was denied they resubmitted the following year and never let me know the results. Now another tax year has gone by and I've missed the deadline bc of the lack of professionalism of this company. Unacceptable. No email, no call, no letter in the mail. Unfair to me.

I never received any call or mail and when I finally approached them they tell me they have charged me 75% fine - I spoke with Cori and she has a very weird excuse - oh it’s all automated we charged you fines and cashed your checks - I am like why am I being penalized for something I never got in mail or call from you guys. Her tone and attitude clearly shows she has no face but all she has to say oh it’s all automated 😂 this is a horrible service and looks like these guys are scam artist.

If they really care about having customer for life they would act talk and react more responsibly. But for sure they lost one customer for life.

Got billed by All Island Tax Grivance $406 for a yearly reduction of $602. They add to the bill Appraisal Fee of $75 and Court Fee of $30. Probably will increase even more at the end of this year. TOTAL RIPOFF.

All Island Tax Grievance will charge you even if they do nothing. Then they will put a lean on your house. They know is easier to pay them $350 then to fight them in court. Stay clear of the rip off.

Attempted to charge me for services after no reduction in taxes, despite their claims that you only pay if they win....in the middle of the covid pandemic. Absolutely disgusted by this business practice.

I wish I could rate this company 0 stars. Horrible service on the phone with the lady. I asked for an estimate in tax reduction, and the lady said that I should stop wasting my time and send in application....horrible service. beware of this agency.
