This is the second roofing job I had perfect pitch do for me. The first was done two years ago on my primary residence. They did everything to perfection as described in the proposal. Just recently 9/22/23 it was a no brainer to hire Joe of perfect pitch to do my rental property. He was the only company that offered me options to save money without compromising quality. Out of all the estimates I received, Joe’s price was by far the best. Joe was very informative and answered all my concerns. He was also on the job overseeing the crew and gave me an education on roofing as well! You will be amazed at the quality of their workmanship!

The workers are professional and reliable. They clean up the driveway after jobs are finished. Price is reasonable for the job. I watched Perfect Pitch Roofing workers did the jobs for the two houses around me they did a great job from start to finish before I decided to call Perfect Pitch Roofing.

Perfect Pitch Roofing replaced an existing roof and installed new gutters with leaf screens on my house and detached garage. I cannot stress enough how happy we are with the results. The crew are true professionals and conducted themselves accordingly. My wife is a gardener and they were very respectful of all the vegetation surrounding the house. In fact, there was absolutely no debris left behind or vegetation damaged.

I selected Perfect Pitch after receiving quotes from 8 other roofing contractors. The owner, Joe, explained the whole process and the materials he uses to ensure a quality roof replacement. The company is GAF certified and recommended.

I have just had a really great experience with Joe Ayvazian and his Perfect Pitch Roofing Company. Everything they promised was done perfectly- they arrived on time and in one day did the entire job including gutters. When they were done they cleaned everything up to better than when they started. I am so pleased that I went with them and the price was right!! I recommend these guys with no reservations whatever. Do yourself a favor and when your roof time comes around, give these guys the first call. You won’t be sorry!!

Needed a new roof which had a few leaks thanks to Nick and his crew they did an outstanding job just after the heavy rain we had yesterday and last night there were no leaks where there used to be I highly recommend them if you want an awesome job done our house looks awesome and they cleaned up when they were done left everything as if they weren't even there Thank you Guys

Joe and his team did an awesome job installing my new GAF Timberline Ultra HDZ roof. My experience with Joe was super professional - excellent communication, follow-up, product knowledge, experience, advice, punctuality, etc., etc., all at a very competitive price. Job was completed with little disturbance to my property and cleanup was done as though you would hardly know they were here. I would recommend Perfect Pitch to anyone looking for a quality new roof system installation.

just met w nick A. i loved he had taken the step to tie a phone number into his business. im looking at his business card now and hes even taken the steps to include his gaf cert #, and suffolk lic#. ive met with almost 10 contractors and he seems to outshine them all.
im going to follow up with him in the future n warmer weather and possibly do my siding with a new roof.

The quality of the roof is great. Joe and his guys came and replaced the roof in just one day. They used all top of the line products just as the brochure that Joe gives. There is no BS it is what it is. My wife and I are very happy with both the installation and warranty of our new roof. Perfect Pitch is a great company to have local and have some one stand by their work for many years.

Excellent work. Very fair price. I needed my whole roof redone. The possibility of additional costs was discussed up front so I was prepared for additional costs if the plywood under the roof was bad. Other companies did not do this. I did not feel like I was being up sold, or uninformed about the process. Joe is an Elite certified roofer and with all the 5 star reviews I felt confident in my choice and am glad I hired Perfect Pitch roofing. I don't have to worry about the roof anymore.

I had used Perfect Pitch on our last home 7 years ago and was very satisfied. Our new home needed a roof and we called Joe from Perfect Pitch along with 2 other companies to compare prices with all that has occurred the past few years with prices and supply. Perfect Pitch again had the best price and got the job done quickly and with great workmanship. What I really appreciated about Joe and Perfect Pitch was his honesty. With roof replacement comes new wood at some point. The other companies had flat rates and quantities for wood replacement. Joe ordered more wood than we needed but only charged us for what he used. The total job was about $4000 cheaper than compared to the other companies. Joe is a personal guy. His phone staff is quick to reply and professional. I give Joe and Perfect Pitch the highest recommendation.
