We recently used floors decors & more for our kitchen remodel. Our very outdated kitchen had to be ripped out and is now updated and specious. The replaced the cabinets, took down a wall, moved an exterior door and built a deck outside, redid the floor, added gas for the stove, painted, and updated the lighting! Jo handles everything so we don't have to worry about deliveries or who is coming when. The craftsmanship on the custom pantry is beautiful and the entire job has elevated the interior look of our home. We were very happy with the price, the responsiveness, and the work! This was a welcomed experience when compared to our past interactions with other companies! Highly recommend!

Jo is a very nice person. As far as picking paint colors, NO good. I was pressed for time so I wanted a professional to assist in making my new home, warm n cozy. As we were going over colors, she kept looking at her watch and continuously told me how many minutes I had left. I could not believe for what she charges, she counts the minutes. I bought the paint, and my painters put it up. I cried.... All that money wasted! Her fee, the painters time/cost, plus what I paid for all the Benjamin Moore paint. I sent her a pic and told her this isn’t what I asked for. Her reply was “your painters bought the wrong colors” meanwhile I picked up the colors myself! She tried to blame my painters. That alone spoke volume. I gave her an opportunity to make her wrong.... right, but she didn’t. Sadly, I have to say if you want a beautiful home, find another decorator.

Please be warned. It's not so much what this business did, it's more how the owner behaved and treated us as customers. Less than 6 months ago we purchased a runner for our stairs. We wanted to purchase additional runners, as well as fix an area because the tread of the stair had been replaced. The owner proceeded to tell us she couldn't help us because runners were not profitable for her. Which I respect. However, her angry, unstable behavior on the phone while she took her stance to no longer provide this service was disturbing to say the least. She kept yelling and screaming and talking over me. I wasn't even mad!!! But the more she yelled and the longer I tried to speak the more I realized I wasn't getting anywhere. My husband and I understand that businesses need to phase out areas that are no longer profitable. However, we feel completely left in the lurch without any product details about our rug to order more or anyone to come and fix the rug that they installed. More importantly, the stress of speaking to this woman and having her yell and speak over me was simply unacceptable!

Owner Jo Haramis was recommended to me by a friend. I wasn’t really sure what she did but we just bought a house that needs a lot of work. Jo walked around writing things down, never explained how she worked and never asked us what our budget was. Initially she seemed very nice. A couple of days later, she brought in a plumber, hvac co. and contractor and then a home security system gentleman. After about 5 days I inquired about estimates, she said they started coming in, but only gave me a price on flooring which was very high. After a week I asked her again. In the meantime, we were having people that were recommended to us giving us estimates, that came in before she even came. She still didn’t have any estimates, so i told her we were going with a plumber that we found because we needed out water on asap and couldn’t wait anymore and he gave us a very good price. Her response was, oh no!!! Then asked me what he’s charging us! I told her and she said, no way, thats not possible and if it is than something’s wrong. And if I knew that i never would have brought a plumber in. She also got nasty and yelled at my husband because we wanted to just replace our white kitchen cabinet doors.She looked at him with a disgusted face and yelled, you cant do that! You will never find white doors to match.My husband had to just walk away. After that i can tell it was bothering her so much that she wasn’t paying attention to one word i said. I honestly don’t know what she even does. I guess if you’re someone who cant make your own decisions than you should hire her. Because any service she did give us a price for, i was able to get much cheaper. And my plumber did a fabulous job! She should really advertise herself more of an interior designer and a middle man. And definitely needs better communication and people skills. And needs to control her anger, especially with customers! After our last text exchange about my plumber, she never contacted me again. Very rude and unprofessional!!
