DaVita Mid Columbia At Home

Just completed dialysis here and it was hit or miss. I didnt really have a choice of where I went, and the management staff I dealt with all seemed nice and to listen. However, I did have several different techs and it would have been nice to have the same one. And while most of them were amazing, there was one who I didnt feel remembered I am a human and if you pull too hard on my tubes it actually hurts.

They couldn’t even take care of their Koi fish. Then they didn’t even bother to buy new fish, they just took them from one of their employee’s niece, WITHOUT the niece’s consent. You can tell management “my condolences” for the bad review. Maybe next time you can either take care of your fish, or buy them yourself.

Ever since they did changes with management nothing is the same. I don't understand why the nurces need to be changed or roateded from there sections? Why can't they stay with the same patients!? Why doesn't management care about the patients happiness? Corporate should look in to this and talk to the patients about what's going on at Davita.

Not very nice to my mother. Second time on being disrespectful to a senior Hispanic lady. She shows up for treatment and gets bullied by three nurses. If they can’t handle the job maybe they should look for another job.
