Every time I call, I have no idea what I am supposed to do and the agent I talk to gets the conversation over with quickly.

They are also very meticulous. One time I got sent a letter from the state that said I didn't do paperwork, but I had and the woman on the phone figured it out for me.

Waiting for 4 hrs to get on the phone with someone sucks, but the conversations I have are over in 30 minutes or less. Which seems fast.

I went downtown dropped of all paperwork and called the 1800 number at 12 in the afternoon they close at 4 but I stayed on hold until around 545 and a worker finally answered. I received my snap benefits the next morning, I see a lot of people say they can't get through but if you keep calling and stay on hold it works out. Considering there is over 2000 families in need and 200 snap caseworkers the issues are many but I'm thankful I was able to get my snap benefits I REALLY NEEDED THEM.

Well I had to go there to get some questions answered and they were so so helpful... I didn't get what I needed answered but they put up with a lot from people and I just have to say God bless the good ones that work there!!!!

I went here on August 14,2023 I got in and got out pretty fast!!!!
