CVS

I've visited this CVS several times and have never had an issue. This includes the pharmacy. I usually pick up my mom's prescriptions every other week and have been served by different people each time. They all provide excellent customer service, and the transaction is quick and easy with no wait. It is a little "dingy" inside, but it's what one should expect from a CVS in Downtown Cleveland.

It was easy to find what I was looking for. Their staff were ready to help me out with my search. The items are neatly arranged and easily accessible. The pharmacy is located at the back of the store. Checkout process was easy and quick.

I need items, quickly and they came to my assistance, immediately. I was also informed of the rewards program which led me to getting $10 off my purchase.

Excellent pharmacy. My mom goes there and they help her and treat her very well. Mark Pupillo, the head pharmacist, was very kind and helpful. Also, Zanrbia was extremely helpful. We really appreciate their care and dedication !

Dog friendly store, staff is friendly and remembers me. And asks where my dog is when I don't bring her in. My preferred CVS even when it's a little further than my closest one

I get all my prescriptions at this CVS and they text me when it's done.it doesn't get any better than that.
I never had a problem in and out and because of how fast they are I transferred all my scripts to this CvS

I go here for pharmacy — the team is great: they text reminders, always friendly, helpful and efficient. Marc is the nicest pharmacist I’ve ever gone to.

went here because it was closest to my hotel. Didn't expect a lot but Larry was so kind for me while doing the payment. Good to go!

Personal muy amable y en el recetario son muy atentos y mis recetas en el instante están listas. Me encanta.

Blind customer: I visited while passing through town. Entrance has automatic sliding doors. Once inside, turn right for register area. Location had two cashiers assisting customers. I was greeted by staff and offered assistance finding items. Staff person was kind and demonstrated experience shopping with/escorting blind customers. Cashier immediately extended elbow for navigating store and gave excellent description of upcoming turns and items on each aisle. I was easily able to pick up and purchase my three items. Staff were very friendly and professional.
