Dominique was a pleasant personable sales person that helped me witha new tablet and cellphone. Spent a great deal of time with me no question. Was to troublesome for him to answer.

Ty was amazing. He presented me with the best options, answered all of my questions, and made sure was satisfied with my service before I left. I was also invited to return if I had additional questions and concerns.

A pleasure to work with this store, he manager was honest from start to finish. We went to the corporate store on colerain ave and they were awful, pushy, didn’t listen to what we wanted to purchase.

Tyrice and Dom were realy laid back and easy to deal with. They got my phone set up and transferred all of my settings and data seamlessly. There was no really free phone deal like Verizon advertises - only with expensive plan upgrades. I've had the phone 1 day and no surprises. I think these guys know their stuff.

I had the best customer service from the manager, Doninique Mason. He was able to help me change my name on my account. He made it so simple. He listened to my concerns and made the appropriate suggestions as well; but was not a hard sell. The experience was superior to the Western Hills store, online chat, and the never-ending automated phone messages to pick this or that. Thank you, Dominique!
