I got great service here. Parking was easy, and staff were friendly and efficient.

We have used this local branch for business banking for years. I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and they give a lot of love to my dog through the drive thru as well.
Krista goes above and beyond anytime larger issues arise.
My dog and I love the Chase Springdale staff!

Called this branch yesterday to inquire about another branch on the other side of town to see if and when they will reopen. I spoke with Jordan who went above and beyond calling the manager of that location to give me a precise answer! I ended up needing service today and went to tri county, as I was in the area. The staff were all amazing but BIG shout out to Jordan! Will be back to this branch.

I love the service and the managers I'm grateful for all the help that was offered to me offered to me when I joined this bank I look forward to many long years of service And help with my financial planning.

I had the best customer service at this location yesterday. Evett really helped us with a problem we had and their system was down and she still was able to do it from her side. Excellent service!

I was here briefly at least two weeks ago. I came in to resubmit some paperwork through them to another institution and Ms Karen Crovador recognized me even with my new glasses. The manager, Mr Mauricio Ariza, came up to me to see if everything was ok and even printed out a form I needed so I could fill out while I waited.
