Matt came several times to get electric service connected to our new home. He installed a new meter base and electrical panel for underground service to our new home. He was always punctual, professional and knowledgeable.

His rates were also reasonable and he followed through with his promises. Whatever issues he ran into, he would explain it and let us know what needed to be done in order to solve it.

He also communicated and worked very well with the power company. I would definitely recommend Vortex Electric and Matt for your electric need.

We had Matt over to check out some outlets that were not working. He showed up on time when he said he would be here. He found the problem with in minutes when nobody else could figure out the reasons why they were not working. Very awesome company to work with. Awesome service!! Friendly, affordable, and does things right the first time. I had a dryer outlet that was in really bad shape, and he got me all fixed up and taken care of. Even called me a week or so later to make sure everything was all good. I'll be recommending him to anyone asking about an electrician.

Matt was referred to me by another electrician out of area. He didn’t make it out to our initial visit due to an emergency he had. He told me he would follow up when he was feeling better. I didn’t expect to hear from him and the next week he gave me a call and we rescheduled. I did not meet Matt but my Wife spoke well of him. We will definitely use him again in the future.
