Very clean and reasonably priced, comfortable areas and nicest owner and always keep in touch monthly when need. If you have questions, they will get back to you. Must leave voicemail or leave note in drop box. Simple as it is. Happy with their service!

Nice scenic location for marriages, memorials, and family reunions. Location is rural, however a convenience store and great pizza/pub is right down Route36, all with a friendly atmosphere for the locals and visitors alike!

The storage units are clean and the property is always well taken care of. Conveniently located close to the highway. There is also a beautiful view of the lake!

I have my stuff stored here but I can't ever get ahold of them... I had to be gone for a couple months and I need to pay my balance but nobody returns my calls when I leave a message idk what to do everything I own is in that unit

I lost everything I ever owned and collected over 25 years to R lake mini storage. Not exactly due to non payment either. I called and called and called, and either left messages that were never returned, or excuses. Honestly I think they lost my paperwork and had no clue who i was. Legal aid wouldnt initiate a case and any lawyer I called said it wasnt worth they're time or effort. I lost all my ham radio equipment collection of many many years and many other items. I'm heartbroken and I would have paid extra. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear.
