Entire experience was exemplary!! Karen was extremely helpful on the sales process, and the production schedule was very timely.
The delivery team was AWESOME!! The two team members were right on schedule and efficient - after delivering our chair they even volunteered (I did not ask) to move two chairs for us, one of which had to go upstairs. This was a major help to we seniors in the house!!

Julia has been instumental in helping us create a unique look and feel for our: primary suite, living room, home theater, and home offices with furniture, rugs, wall paper, custom shades and pillows. Her detailed renderings of our spaces added to our confidence and excitement for each room. Julia is very knowledgeable about the quality and durability of each item she recommends. Julia was so wonderful to work with—she has such a natural ability to tailor her clients’ needs into something they will love and cherish. Julia was super helpful throughout the entire process of determining a layout for the rooms and helping select furniture and materials that went well together. As well as some unique customization recommendations to some of the pieces. Delivery was smooth and support afterwards for minor issues was quick and complete.

Karen was ideal, she sensed I knew what I was looking for and respected this. My husband and I browsed and sat on different sofas to get a feel for the density of the seat, and depth of the seat so we knew exactly what we wanted. She keyed right into what we were looking for and was able to provide us with fabric samples to take home to see which fabric would best suit our living area. We are thrilled with the sofa 🛋 we chose from the picture she provided. There was a little difficulty with trying to find the right fabric as colors are very limited and the manufacturer has only certain fabrics they will accept for this specific sofa. I want you to know I have been a client of Shoenfeld furniture for over 45 years, first with the store in Auburn with "Betty" who helped decorate my homes. We purchased two swivel/glider chairs from Schoenfeld Interiors of Bellevue, WA for our living room. We worked with a Schoenfeld designer named Lisa Quinlan. When we first met with Lisa she listened to our needs and showed us chairs and couches. She was patient, gave us great advice, and answered all our questions. For example, Lisa recommended a different layout for our living room and suggested we change the arrangement with our existing furniture to see if we like that way it looked. We really liked the new layout. In addition, she looked at the measurements of our living room and confirmed out new furniture and existing furniture would fit. We would recommend Lisa Quinlan to our family and friends.

My husband and I wandered into Schoenfeld looking for ideas for a new condo we are purchasing and were greeted by Karen, a designer at the store. She was incredibly helpful working with us on room layouts, fabric choices, color schemes and rugs. She took our ideas and preferences and pulled together a beautiful collection of furnished rooms that I look forward to experiencing soon. Great COVID protocols in place-they sign you in and take your temperature, which I appreciated knowing I was going to try out multiple pieces of furniture.
