I forgot what it is like to have custom shoe fitting. I am so glad I decided to go to RoadRunner If you want quality customer service, good fitting, variety of shoes (and not just the trends) then is for serious people that care about their feet and activities they do. The sales person spent time working with me 1:1 offering me a variety to choose, comfort and then moved to style. I am very pleased with the service and the friendly store sales people, everyone in the store was working hard, customer friendly. Way to to!

Amazing store and amazing staff! Matthew was a huge help in getting me a pair of shoes that feel better than any shoe I’ve had in the past. Highly recommend taking the time to do a custom shoe fitting, it elevated the shoe feel to a level I didn’t think possible.

Came in as a brand new runner to get fit for shoes running shoes for the very first time. I cycle and play basketball, and wanted to make sure I did everything to minimize risk for injury as I learn to run.

Roadrunner was absolutely fantastic. Soon after I came, someone asked my name and said I could look around a few minutes while a sales rep became available. Zach was free a few minutes later, and took me a through a very thorough process to get fit for the right shoe - including examining my gait on the treadmill, 3D modeling my foot, examining my width, arches etc.

He used their proprietary analysis to shortlist a few shoe recommendations. He was very patient as I tried on each shoe and very helpful in guiding me on how to help pick the right shoe for what I was looking for. He didn’t push anything, but really gave helpful insight on how to help me make my decision.

He also was able to get me custom moulded insoles as well as a patellar tendinitis band to address some soreness I’ve had recently in my left knee.

Overall, I was very impressed by Roadrunner’s process. Zach was a fantastic ally in helping my get to the right shoe. I left the store very happy with my choice and the process, and most importantly, very excited to start my running journey. Thanks Zach and Roadrunner !

Great help, provided many different shoes to try. Took them for a spin outside. Best part was that I did not feel rushed at all and I could take all the time I wanted plus a huge selection of shoes. Ended up buying a brand I had not even considered because he gave to me try and felt the best of all of them. Plus they were a competitive price and I have 90 days to bring them back or trade them. Don't think I could find a better experience anywhere else.

Always a great experience. Staff is knowledgeable and makes great recommendation's. I thought that I knew what shoe I wanted going in, but Brendan gave me an alternate option, that I ultimately purchased.

Excellent customer service. I enjoy shopping here- the staff actually know what they are talking about and are willing to show you many shoe styles and sizes without the pressure sales job.

1st time customer! Came in looking for everyday sneakers for my 15 year old son. I was not aware of the fitting process, which was excellent. My son was very impressed as well! Great selection, fair prices, and the staff was awesome. We will definitely be back!!

Great experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Came in with some calf injuries, brand new to running and training for my first marathon. These guys/gals helped me with feet scan, analysis of how I walked and recommended a pair of Asics Kayano 30s that feel like the perfect fit and stability for my running style.

Zach was patient, kind, and extremely helpful during my visit on 12/7. I came in for a full fitting and was pretty unsure and indecisive when deciding on a new running shoe. he never hesitated to make sure I was satisfied and as someone who does not enjoy shopping, I didn't feel rushed or stressed during the process at all. thank you Zach :)

This is not a pace to "just get some sneakers". The personal there will work with you to get the right running shoes for you. The attention is superb. I don't want to spoil the fun for you. Go there and experience it for yourself.

I have been to this store 2 times in 2024 and like it a lot! The staff was helpful in finding the shoes that I like and taking back the product that did not work well for our family. They have a very generous return policy.

Wow. Running Shoe fitting as come a long ways since I last bought a pair of them. They 3D scanned by feet, had be run barefoot on a treadmill while filming in slow motion, then molded a custom insole and pointed to the perfect shoes. Hands down the best fitting, most comfortable pair of shoes (running or otherwise!) I've ever owned. Thank you so much guys! Highly recommended.

That there is always wonderful to work with. Educated about the shoes and they will scan your foot to make sure you get the right shoe.

Great shoes for the whole family!
I love the personal approach the store employees take when working with the customers. They scan your feet for size, determine if you need stability shoes, make great recommendations tailoring them to your case, where you will be wearing these shoes, for how long, your preferences to the weight, if you had any injuries or have issues with the knees. And they find the pair you will be enjoying for a long time. Highly recommend this company.

I went to Road Runner Sports for a specific reason, which was the fitting experience. I wanted to find a new pair of running shoes that could offer me the support I was looking for but I didn’t know what my needs were. So I decided to take the test to figure out what shoe was gonna fit best. First they ask you what your goals are and what kind of foot/knee/back pain you suffer from. Then they make you walk/jog on a treadmill and they run a full analysis of your stride. After that they scan your feet with a 3D scale to get accurate measurements. And at the end you can get fitted for custom insoles and receive recommendations for shoes.

If you join the VIP program you have the chance to walk/run in the shoes up to 90 days and return them if they don’t respond to your needs.

My fit expert was Shailyn and she was extremely nice and patient throughout the entire time. She explained all the benefits of joining the VIP program clearly and I felt like she was really offering the best of her help during my visit.
The shoes that I picked work perfectly for my needs and I cannot be happier.

Amazing customer service, undivided attention, even for my son who is not a runner - made him feel just as important and ensured his shoes/insoles supported him as much as an ultramarathoner.
