Mark, Hector, Rick and the team are absolutely awesome! They know what they're doing and always take care of us! Best dealer parts department, hands down! (And they have a snazzy coffee machine you can make use of while you're there)

I visited the Parts Department at BMW of Bellevue today and was very pleased with the professional service and help from the representative Hector. He helped me find the correct Flange Nut 🔩 I needed and the correct Hex Screws and C-Clips. They are just small parts and he was patient to locate them with a good attitude which left a good impression. Thank you Hector!

Such a terrible system, you always get put on hold or get sent on a loop trying to get a live person from the parts department. They need to update their website to be able to check parts inventory online. No reason to wait 20+ minutes to see if something is in stock.
