After calling many many insurance companys with zero answers as to why I wasnt insurable, I had gotten ahold of CeeCee at the pasco office. She was absolutely amazing, she spent so much time helping me get to the bottom of why, and resolved the issue. And when I say time, I mean nearly 2 hours on the phone making calls together. She went above and beyond to help me. I would refer anyone and everyone to her from here on out.

I have been with Vern Fonk for years and recently my policy was canceled due to my debit card being expired. I forgot to call and update my information (my fault) but with no communication from them I ended up calling and found out we have been driving with no insurance. I was given the run around and told they would not reinstate my policy. I was very upset. When I called back I was connected with Juan Pulido...i couldn't have been more happy. He was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. After a bit he found a cheaper policy for me and my kids. He got straight to it and now we have insurance again.
