Kay's Nails and Spa

I stumbled upon this gem last week when I walked right in and got a great pedicure. So I decided to go back today to get my nails done and Pam did not disappoint me. She was awesome and did my nails so cute for such a great price. Everyone there is so friendly and sweet and it's been a quick in and out the couple times I've come. I will definitely keep coming here.

This place is amazing and the staff is so sweet! I’ve been a couple times now and my nails always come out very nice. The staff is always super nice too! Recently I broke my arm and got nerve damage so my motion in my arm is limited currently because of it. I still wanted to get my nails done though, just because it makes me feel better and more confident. Mr. Steven was so kind and gentle the whole time. He was happy to help me with my arm when I was unable to move it a certain way. He also checked in on me multiple times to make sure I wasn’t in pain or anything. I really appreciated his understanding and care, it honestly made my week since I was so nervous beforehand about getting my nails done because of my injury. I highly recommend them to anyone! Omg! My daughter and I LOVE going here! My daughter loves to get designs every time . They are always so sweet and up for doing new designs. Very sweet staff! We definitely found our spot! ❤❤

Love love love going here, I don’t go often but when I do they are so helpful and nice, especially today. I didn’t have a ton of time but they got me in and out in under an hour with nails I LOVE. Highly recommend. I did not catch his name but I think he may have been the owner, he did a GREAT job

Everyone was friendly even the customers were helpful. It wasn't a long wait. I was done in a little less than an hour. I wash my hands alot and my nail polish was still shiny 2 weeks later. My nails didn't lift at all. When I submitted a request online for an appointment I got a response with in minutes and was able to make a same day appointment. They also accept walk-ins.

I asked for a bright pink and white dip for my nails. The tech didn’t think it would look good. She did a sample on a fake mail to show me and I loved it!! I’ve had so many compliments!!

I went to this salon on a whim and it was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Went in for a pedicure and I've never been more relaxed. Will definitely be returning.

Absolutely love how Tommy did my nails. He pays attention to details and my nails always look amazing when I leave. The Salon in general is so relaxing and the staff is friendly.

I had a spur of the moment pedicure with my mom from out of town. BEST!!! Experience!!! The tech that did my feet and nails helped my daughter have a great experience as well. He sat her in a comfy chair Then kept checking on her for me as he could see my concerns every 20 minutes or so. She told me later in the car that SHE wanted her toes done. When I offered to do them later, she said “No mom! I wanted HIM to do them”! Lol. I guess we’ll be going back for her birthday

As I sit here at Kays Nails, I am so grateful that this salon is in Canal Winchester. After working like a crazy person on my feet for 12 to 14 hours a day, I really just needed a minute to relax. NIna, my nail tech is lovely and is currently working wonders on my tragic looking feet. Thank you so much! I'll definitely be back.

ABSOLUTELY HERE FOR IT! from the time I walked through the door from, the time I sat in the chair, from the time my technicians did my feet and my nails.Excellent customer service skills very nice and had really nice alcoholic drinks loved it! finally found a place that would do my nails without attitude

My first visit. I came because I wanted to try the new SNS powder polish so I gave Nina a try. The Ladies are all sisters. Very warm and relaxing environment. I will definitely return!

I have to say, Kim, the owner of this establishment is an amazing young lady, even though she lost a lot of business and days during the hurricane and doesn't normally open on Labor Day , she did this one . Her words to me were, I never open on this day so therefore I never make money on it . She has donated every penny of her profits from Labor Day to Harvey relief. Herself and her staff are always so friendly and cheerful. They will have my business forever. Thank you Kim and staff , y'all are awesome if you're in need of a fabulous mani and pedi head that way , you won't be disappointed. And if you ask nicely, ye might even get to enjoy a glass of wine.

Come here because everyone is so nice and does good quality work. I'm surprised by some of the bad reviews, but I love it here!
