We contacted several agencies to get a good deal on our home insurance for our new construction. Sandra was able to help us right away and we were provided with a quote that was less expensive for the same, or better coverage, compared to other agencies. She took the time to explain everything in our policy and has even checked in with us to see if our insurance needs have changed. She is very knowledgeable and responsive to questions. Bobbie Jo has been my agent for about 5 years and she is great. she assessed my property for flood insurance before I was even a customer for free. She always makes sure that I have the best coverage for the best price and keeps my policy up to date. Everyone in the office has been courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone!You measured my property for flood insurance for free when my previous insurance carrier wanted to charge me for less work. I didn't know who my agent was with my previous company and quite often had to leave a message on a machine, but with Harvey Insurance I have always gotten personal attention. My claims have been settled quickly and fairly. My agent Bobbi made sure that I have the right coverage and at a reasonable rate. Harvey Insurance is very customer service oriented. 5 stars is not a high enough recommendation for Ryan Bennett. He has worked with my family for over 10 years now and he is always looking out for us and getting the best policy premium prices for the multiple vehicles we've had over the years. He is very professional, customer friendly, accommodating, essentially, he does his job VERY well and will would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for the best coverage and premiums.

Bobbi Jo always finds the best deals for my parents, and will reach out even when they are not looking if she finds something that will save them money. Everyone at Harvey Insurance is always professional and responsive, and it's a true pleasure to be working with them. We've been their clients for almost 10 years now, and couldn't be happier. Sanjuanita has been my agent and she’s been incredible have never experienced having someone care so much about what I want and getting that for the best price possible. She’s quickly responds, the day I got a new car and let her know she got on it and told me what my payment would be super fast. Would never switch or recommend having anyone else because she’s perfect and kind and patient. If you’re looking for a great person to care about what you want while giving you a reasonable price she’s definitely the best I could recommend.

Let me just say that my dealings with Harvey Insurance has to rank as one of the top customer service experiences I've ever had, period.
