I hit a deer last November, and my car had parts on back order and my car was sitting for 9 months. Melissa and the team called me every week with updates and even gave me information to help with rides and other things I needed help with. Over all they were so helpful and I really appreciate everything they did for me!

Excellent experience with my car repair. Shop communication was very good, handled everything with my insurance company, and I was even able to leave my rental there for Hertz to get it when my car was finished saving me the time coordinating returning my rental car. 100% Satisfied!

Dons was an absolutely top notch shop. They looked at the vehicle, set realistic expectations and timeline, ordered parts, installed, finished, cleaned, and contact way quicker than expected. They worked directly with insurance AND Enterprise for vehicle pickup. I cant think of a single thing they could have done better. I worked with Jason and he was professional and patient through the whole thing.

They did a great job. When I dropped my truck off they gave me a day they thought it would be done, sure enough it was right on the money. Truck looked great and I have no complaints. Would recommend!

I had a great experience here in 8/2021. I went here due to a fender bender and they were great from the beginning. Took care of all my insurance stuff and the work was completed MUCH quicker than estimated. I will go back if God forbid, something ever happened again 😅

Had some minor body work done on one of our cars. The employees were wonderfully communicative about all aspects of the process and the work done on the car is perfect.

The staff at Don's is hands down the most professional team I have ever encountered. The quality of the work is far superior to anything I have ever seen. Let me say I am a customer for life. I highly recommend Don's for any collision repair. My truck was involved in an accident, and this team repaired it the right way. They handled everything from start to finish. They were able to complete everything in a very very timely manner, and communicated with me the entire time and kept me in the loop about everything. They were patient and kind to me when I had questions. I would give ten stars if I could.
