The team at Bergstrom have been excellent. I got stuck on a ferry flight due to weather and ended up flying to Bergstrom to leave the Fairchild until weather improved. It ended up being a month! Prices were very fair, they were flexible and worked with me on schedules, and also tried to help to however they could when I needed tools etc. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent facilities. The customer service provided by the ramp and front desk was great. But what I liked most was the hospitality. Very nice people running this place. We will definitely be back.

Stopped for gas and went out for a bite to eat before going on my way. Service was friendly and quick. From reception to the line guy. Facilities seemed nice but I didn’t get a chance to spend much time there.

talked to them about Queen air training. they, at that time couldn’t help me, but refereed me to a school that could.Honesty like this is very rare. Received my training and will put my “ Queen” in their hands anytime.

This FBO has a great feel and people that care about their customer experience. First the Customer Service Representatives at the front desk were exceptional as our client was in and out with out any delays. We got a good recommendations for brunch from the Line Service Tech and had a meal. The facility is warm with a great lounge and clean restrooms.
Thanks for helping to make our visit one to remember. We’ll be back again!

Whatever your aviation needs, Bergstrom has you covered! You will always be greeted by an extremely professional team and usually a smile from Kirsten, Mattie, one of other receptionists, or even the owner!

From a student pilot perspective, I find it incredibly lucky to have a pool of such knowledgeable flight instructors in the Tri-Cities. They have many aircraft to choose from and a streamlined scheduling system so you can fly as much or as little as you want. Planes are clearly well maintained by their in-house mechanic department who also services the airliners which I find a testament to their abilities.

Anyone in the area even remotely interested in aviation should visit Bergstrom and take an intro flight. Additionally you will find an amazing community of other enthusiasts there who are all full of knowledge and experience.

First time ever at an FBO to get fuel since Ellensburg was out. The staff was very friendly and helpful walking me through the fueling process. Very clean and modern inside as well. Thank you to the Bergstrom team for making me feel welcome! ✈

This Fixed Based Operator is great! They make it easy to land, rent a car and store your airplane. If you are planning on arriving, consider getting on their website ahead of time and let them know. They will have everything prepared and ready. Many times, they have had my car waiting at the front door running with the Air Conditioner on. They must listen to the ground frequency as you arrive. Every time I have flown in it's been five star service from friendly people.

My daughter did an intro flight. Her instructor was very knowledgeable, calm, patient, and helped instill confidence in my daughter as she taught her to fly the plane. My daughter was pleasantly surprised how frequently she was actually in control of the plane and is even more excited now to continue pursuing this dream of hers.

Montel (el Pelon) was a wonderful pilot and tour guide. My husband and I were out in the Tri-Cities for a fast get away and decided to take a scenic flight. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend it.

Bergstrom FBO is full of friendly staff. The facility is clean, has WiFi, and a quiet room. Restrooms are clean and there’s always a few CFI’s, students, and corporate pilots around to chat with. The facility is roomy and they have crew cars. I’ve been to this FBO nearly a dozen times and it’s a very smooth operation every trip. The line guys are very professional and FAST. I highly recommend Bergstrom Aircraft.

Awesome school to learn how to fly!! Bergstrom's Staff are exceptional in customer service, they pay close attention to detail. Always more than happy to help you, from the front end staff of Malin & Amber, to Katie, Laura. Flight instructors George Coleman, Jim Fish, the Mechanics Jack & Daniel along with the rest of crew.

Great experience!

Stoped in with a 1929 and a 1940 fabric coved airplane. They put us up for the night in the hangar. Gave us a crew car got us hotel rooms and had amazing line service. I would suggest this for an over night or has and go anytime!
