Franklin County Clerk

Needed to get my kids passports renewed, what an amazing experience. The building is straight out of a museum and the staff were second to none! They were absolutely amazing they had a system and were professional. Got the passports done within about 10 minutes. I only remember one of the ladies name but I was helped by three people. Mrs. Kay and two others a gentleman and a young lady who filled out our documents. The process was painless!

As usual, have to go through security so don't wear metal or have your pockets full due to having to empty them. It's always nice to see your tax dollars going to such a beautiful building, and to be helped by polite people.

Been comeing here for years always understanding people who are willing to help me and understanding when it comes to payment arrangements. Always helpful staff and beautiful entrance and statues.

I haven't been inside I just stopped by to take pictures of this beautiful old historical building.

Had a ticket, showed up for court. Very polite staff.

Helpful and polite staff in most offices. Some could improve their customer service.
Parking tends to be full on Monday mornings. Security staff at the entrance is very polite, too. After 5pm, security building is closed so to access the jail there's another entrance in the corner of the parking lot close to the handicapped parking spots.

El estacionamiento tiende a estar muy lleno los lunes en la mañana. El personal de seguridad a la entrada es muy amable también.
Después de las 5pm, el edificio de seguridad está cerrado así que para entrar a la carcel hay otra entrada en la esquina del estacionamiento cerca de el estacionamiento para discapacitados.

This place is no good and they love to waste your time. It’s like they get off in it. Pathetic. “We’re open from 8-12 and 1-4” okay… I called at 13:06 pacific standard time and NO ONE is answering. Ask me if I feel bad for missing jury duty today…. Because I don’t.

Places is literal trash, they closed down early because they don't have a/c but it just sounds like a way to shorten the window for people to come in and push out warrants, but that's just the system at work. Why fix the a/c and stay open the hours advertised when you could just screw people over by closing down early. Hey maybe that will raise enough money to fix the a/c. What an actual joke.

Well in the first place i received several traffic violations in a town i hadnt been im im the alleged time of violation. Ive been out of state working being "essential" i called Franklin couty courthouse to inform them i wasnt in the state theres no way i can just make it back on time for these hearings in top of the fact i wasnt wa the state at the alleged time of violation. (Which shouldve triggered some sort of looking into) i i called courthouse and they basically told me a bench warrant would be issued if i could not make it. Im 2500 miles away at the moment and have been for a few months. The absolute lack of comprehension amd understand of this court system makes me wonder if they strictly hire mentally challenged individuals. They think everyone has the same opportunity and cant cant to grasp that im im not driving amd work all over the United states with a contracting crew. And i do not and cannot just leave my employment. This is the most kangaroo up the rear end system ive seen. A class action lawsuit is being filed in this matter because apparently im not the only one. Racketeering at its finest.

Everyone I worked with was so rude and condescending. I really hope this office gets some changes. Clearly they are burnt out or something.
