I see Dr Ballin I have a tuff condition he has been very patient with me and continues to work very hard to find something that will resolve my condition. The staff here are no different very nice and friendly. They have become like family. Thank you! P.S. you may have to wait a bit. But remember to receive good quality care takes time. They are not just in and out and that's why they are busy.

The office is very efficient, but doesn’t make you feel rushed. I received lots of education from the provider, Christine, who was respectful, knowledgeable and kind. Really appreciative of the care I received from the whole team.

The front desk and nursing staff are extremely nice and helpful, Dr. Russ is always professional and thorough, and they’re efficient so low wait times. All around I’m very happy with everyone and everything!

Dominique Hunt was fantastic! I strongly recommend seeing her. She is very thorough, patient, and kind. I previously saw a doctor in the same office and was not impressed. Changing to Dominique Hunt was the best decision. I have confidence she has the knowledge and ability to take care of my dermatology needs.

Dominique Hunt is very kind, helpful and thorough. She treats you with dignity and respect and listens to your questions. I cannot say the same thing for my experience with Dr Russ.

I had a great appointment. The staff and Dr Hall were so kind and explained as he was working on my skin cancer. I appreciated the their concern with making sure they got it all. And was so pleased with them taking the time to stitch the area so it would barely be noticed. Highly recommend Dr Hall and team. God bless them all.

As a new patient, I loved that Dr. Beaujean took her time with me. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She was super thorough with my body exam. My parents, in their 80’s, referred me to her due to her findings of their squamous cell and basal cell spots! Both of my parents had success with their MOHS procedures and continue to see Dr. Beaujean. I highly recommend her!

I saw Srikanth Vangapandu after being referred to the Troy location by my PCP. Very happy with the care I received. Would definitely recommend.

We have been going to this office for a while now. The office is always friendly. Dr Hall has done surgery on both of us. Very caring man. Dr Ballin is very good too.

My husband had a 6 month follow up for a skin check. A suspicious area was biopsied. I wasn't on the schedule but had a non healing area on my wrist. She was kind enough to add me to the schedule and biopsy it as well because she didnt want me to wait. This is the kind of physian you want. Caring and looking out for your best interest. 5 stars to Christine Beaujean PA. And staff. Thank you

They need to hire someone to answer the phones. ( Terrible )

First time meeting Dr Bakos and would highly recommend him and I will definitely be going back for any more excision of skin cancers that may arise in my future. His assistant was awesome too. They were both very compassionate and professional and very informative in my procedure.

All staff were professional and made me feel comfortable with an uncomfortable situation. I have seen Dermatologists in the past but they didn't have experience dealing with issues common to my ethnic background and didn't acknowledge or try to find solutions. I highly recommend this office.
