We bought my mother a recliner here 2 years ago. Something broke and she was unable to sit in it so I called to ask about it being looked at. The man I spoke to stopped by her apartment a few days later, after he got off work, to see what was wrong with it. Fixed it that night and was super nice. We were happy to know it was under warranty and they didn’t charge to stop out and fix it. Great service!

First time I’ve purchased furniture from here. Visited store and they were very friendly and helpful. Was concerned about ordering sofa without seeing it and a chair but it is exactly as described on website. Had furniture three weeks after I placed the order, very quick.

The two young gentlemen that delivered the furniture were very polite and very careful when bringing furniture in not scrape up my walls. I really appreciated their attention to detail.

I would highly recommend checking them out, if your in the hunt for furniture. I compared the prices against two other furniture stores and they beat the price by at least $100 dollars.

I've been a customer of theirs for over 5 years, and every purchase I've made is still going strong to this day! Even something as small as a memory foam pillow that they sold me is still perfect 5 years later. The delivery guys are always extremely polite and courteous and answer every question I have, the second I ask it!

I had a piece of my recliner at the bottom Bend ( we use that side a lot)and I called and received Parts almost right! Then contacted the factory outlet for the furniture and they set me up with a tech to come out right away...I'd say within two weeks of me saying something about the recliner. The Techs work was extremely professional, nice young man and very fast at fixing it! And it looks brand-new now doesn't have a problem reclining up or down cuz there was a Bent piece made by us not bought that way.. Not only was he awesome but everytime I call and have questions the manager is really nice and the sales people are really informative and sweet. but I am blown away today because I've had my oven worked on my fridge worked on my washer and dryer worked on and this is the first time the person was nice and professional.. we will definitely be driving an hour just to pick up any more furniture that we may want from this Factory Outlet they have amazing beds there couches anything you could want. But now I'm going to stick with them because I know if something happens that they'll try their best to fix it!!

I purchased a bedroom set (queen bed frame, sideboard, headboard, chest, dresser w/ mirror), and customized a 6-seat sectional March of 2020. I have no words to describe how wonderful Factory Furniture staff was with assisting me from measurement, to color, to delivery. Factory Furniture staff was absolutely wonderful and patient with me. I had ordered the aforementioned furniture pieces and had them delivered right before the Covid-19 pandemic... thus, my furniture was delivered to their warehouse if/as needed and delivered to my apartment in a very timely manner. One year later, my furniture has held up beautifully. The sectional appears as if I have not even sat on it all this time (no imprints, no sagging, no cosmetic issues). Great quality for an even greater price. Overall, beyond satisfied with my experience, huge thanks to everyone from management (Jeremy) to the delivery team (Randy). 10/10 would recommend and certainly have recommended Factory Furniture to many loved ones and colleagues.

Lowest prices I have seen anywhere! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They didnt just sell me items they had, they took time and helped me find the perfect piece for my style and needs.
