Had a pretty large item we needed to return with no receipt and they didn't have a problem with it and gave us the entire thing back on a store merchandise card. We were able to get the beach we had been wanting for outside, our planters, soil and flowers. Also love the fact that they give a military discount.

The employee in the pipe fitting area was very helpful. He had suggestions for completing my project. He showed me fittings I didn't know were available.

I have had Lowes mix paint before and it's usually perfect! This time I think a tiny bit lighter but pretty good. I was disappointed tho, they didn't carry the texturing grit since the wall is textured.

In general the store is always clean. And I can find what I need.
And the times that I needed help from employees it has always been a positive experience!

Very helpful nice store they don't hound you like all the other Lowe's do you can actually shop without them being on top of you the whole time but if you need help they will help you if you know what I mean and you can always find their spray paints for like next to nothing on their clearance that you really had to look for him but you'll find like one or two that are priced very cheap

I was in and out in a quick time! It was easy to find what I needed! I bought a mower, weed eater, and leaf blower. I love all of them! Great prices! I got all three for around $600!

The Troy Lowe's was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I purchased a Kohler product, paint, and several LED replacement fixtures and loaded them into my car. Great job!

What can I say I love walking through Hardware stores. One person I did approach to direct me to a product. Knew exactly where it was, though he did not know too much information about it. Because it wasn't his area. I educated him.
I have bought multiple cactuses from their Garden area. In this Lowe's the employees in the garden area do care about their plants. So keep it up staff.

Lots of Merchandise. Friendly and helpful Associates I was very pleased with the Service I received at the Troy OH Lowes. I made a Major purchase and Colin helped me through the whole process.He was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Garden Center staff beyond very helpful. Thoroughly answered questions about pricing on items I was interested in purchasing. I asked about availability of grocery style cart to use for purchases as it was easier for me to push. Staff volunteered to go into main store and bring me one to use. And then the rains came!!! Needed to take purchases to car. Offered me an umbrella to use as walked to car! Both of these last two jestures were above and beyond thoughtfulness actions I've ever received at any other store of any kind. A+ in my book!

Alot of friendly helpful staff. They were even just greeting and saying hi as I shopped.
