Great service. We stopped in to exchange a router. Dylan N. ensured we had the correct one this time. We needed a router , modem combo with multiple ethernet ports. Dylan went out of his way to give us additional info to help get it set up. We also returned our Spectrum equip. because it was insufficient. Way to go!

Great employees, great store. I came here when I was visiting family a while ago to pick up a phone case and a few other items and the cashier was very polite and helpful. His name was Alex, I believe. He made sure he answered all of my questions and made my experience as good as possible. I'd definitely come here again!

I had three printing jobs. The woman in the print center was extremely pleasant and professional in helping me with my project. I appreciated the quality of the finished work that was done. I greatly appreciated the professional service

My husband & I received the best customer service today that either of us has ever had! Randy helped us look for a specific printer & when they didn’t have it he gave us a deal on another one. He was extremely polite, patient & knowledgeable & answered all of our questions. I have only been to Staples a couple times in my life but I will definitely be shopping there regularly now! Even though I didn't make a purchase, the staff was awesome. They greeted me ask if I needed any help. One employee that stands out is Jessica. She answered every question about the printing department. Very informative and knowledgeable. Thank you for a wonderful experience in an unknown area for me.

Print center staff did a great job.

Wanted copies of my mom and grandmothers wedding photos to recreate at my wedding along with pictures from my great grandfathers childhood. so we went to staples in Troy and the lady there was fast and careful with the old photos.
She offered to cut them down for us as well, which was very kind.
It also cost a lot less than I expected.

Mostly good experiences here. I've almost always found the office supplies I needed. The staff was helpful when asked to find something. I'm a nerd. I can browse through pens, mechanical pencils, Post-it notes, computers, printers, office chairs, and... everything all day.

Good ol' fashion customer service at this Staples. I wound up with a busted chair (not the store's fault) and they resolved it without hesitation and didn't make me put it back in the box or drag the whole thing back to return it.

We went in for print services and found a very knowledgeable and helpful employee. Kelly went out of her way to give us quality service beyond what was expected. Store was clean and organized too.
