Absolutely horrible company. After having to cancel my attendance to a conference in April of 2020 due to my employer refusing travel during the pandemic, they refused a refund and gave me a credit which expired quickly. They refused to honor the credit now that I’m able to travel and took my $895. This company should be ashamed of their horrible treatment of a frontline worker.
