Very polite, respectful company to deal with. I would definitely refer them to friends and family. Prompt and very accomodating service. The unit was very clean and secure.

We were having our floors replaced and needed a pod to store our furniture. I called TCMS to get prices and dimensions. All arrangements were made electronically. The pod arrived at the designated time. I was shown how to secure it. It was very clean and smelled of disinfectant. The floors were completed three days ahead of schedule so I called TCMS to let them know. They came within half an hour to pick up the pod and refunded me electronically for the difference. It couldn’t have been a more positive experience!

This storage option was perfect while we did our remodel. Would certainly do it again if I had a need and recommend it to anyone in a similar situation. Easy to pay they send you a text at the end of the month with a link to pay and after the first time it was basically two clicks and done. Prices were fair and competitive with other storage units of similar size but this gives you the convenience of being on your own property. I was not able to be home when they dropped it off but I text them a picture of exactly where I wanted it and communicated via text and they placed it perfectly. Unit was incredibly clean when they dropped it off, looked brand new.

They were very good to deal with and were on time with the delivery. The unit was like brand new and clean. Looked nice in the driveway, not an eyesore like others that I’ve seen. It is airtight and no chance for critters to get in unless you leave it open.. had a bird trapped overnight from my having it open to load. Very professional company. I would use them again if needed.

Made moving so much easier! We could pack and unpack slowly! The big pod got all of our furniture and a good chunk of everything else! Super helpful in thinning the house out for showings. We tore down our old single car garage and rebuilt a new attached garage. We needed a storage solution for our garage stuff during construction and tri-cities mobile storage met our needs perfectly! They delivered the pod to our house and set it where we needed it, it was so nice still having our things there on site. When done. We called and they picked up the pod the very next day! Cordell and crew are great folks to deal with. They were very accommodating even when planned dates changed repeatedly and rapidly. On short notice, a brand new looking container was being off-loaded by a wicked cool remote control machine and placed EXACTLY! where it was needed in minutes. Clean, secure and easy to access. My family made a move to Kennewick back in September from Spokane and these guys were fantastic! Very professional, kind and always responded right away to any questions. Short term/long term storage or moving, this is the way to go. Gone are the days of you packing up your stuff, driving across town and then unloading it! They bring the storage unit to you. Super convenient, very fast, and are always easy to deal with. I recommend this to all my Real Estate Clients and I recommend it for you.

This place is amazing. They are efficient worked really good with my schedule. Our family had a move emergency and they provided a pod the very next day. They are thorough in their explanation of payment and procedures. Very professional and very sweet people. Will certainly use them again.
