First question directed to me was “What brings you here today?” The doctor had the referral from my cardiologist in her hand. She had all the answers o her questions in her laptop.

I waited two weeks for an appointment only to find an older and unoccupied building with no signage for their company. After waiting for ten minutes on hold, I was told they cancelled my appointment and left me a message (which was not received). When I asked if they could set up a Telehealth appointment, I was told that they won't perform this service because the doctor won't get paid. I was also told that the doctor travels around to different locations and had a schedule conflict the day of my expected appointment. The staff was rude, likely because they are underpaid and under appreciated. This is not a well run business and I'm actually glad they saved me from going through the process.
