Valley Cafe Restaurant - Wadsworth

Nice cafe. I had the sausage and gravy with eggs. Warning - their sausage gravy is a bit spicy, so if you don't like hot, don't order. Eggs were cooked right, and the sausage gravy was loaded with meat. My wife had the French toast special with strawberries. Fresh cut strawberries would have made the dish much better instead of the strawberry compote that was served. Service was excellent, wait staff attentive. The cafe is decorated with painting of dogs, which is different.

The Valley Cafe restaurant is simply amazing. It’s a cozy little cafe located in Wadsworth, ohio. The staff is so friendly & pleasant, they really do treat you like family. They always have a great selection of flavored coffees. The food is out of this world. The menu has a great selection of comfort food, breakfast & burgers. A nice combination of tables & booths. Get there early, this place is very popular. If you do have to wait, it’s not to long, about 10-15 min at most. They have street parking in front of the restaurant & a parking lot in the back. This is truly one of my favorite places to dine.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast while traveling. I got the chorizo burrito and it was delicious. My husband got the gyro omelet also delicious. Marissa was our waitress and she was amazing! 10/10 recommend.

I absolutely love this place, I had the Santa Fe Chicken wrap from the seasonal menu while my wife chose the breakfast route and went with French Toast. Our server was very attentive, and the food qas spectacular.

Friendly staff kept the coffee cups full. We sat out on the patio, which was great! I generally don't like sausage gravy and biscuits except for Bob Evans - everything else is bland to me. This was the exception. I asked to taste it before ordering and they brought me a little plastic cupful. I ended up ordering the sausage gravy and biscuits and it did not disappoint.

When I tell you we've traveled 25 minutes every weekend for a month I'm not kidding. And what is it that has us craving this place every week? The crispy chicken sandwich is delicious and perfectly done and absolutely worth the drive.

Really great first time visit! Was visiting a friend in town and we both visited for the first time with several children. They have a nice patio, but the inside is really cutely decorated with cheerful yellow walls and dog paintings. The only downside was the acoustics are… not great. Imagined cafeteria acoustics.

The food was really great. I was starving when I arrived and the waitress recommend their “breakfast croutons” which essentially tasted like elevated, addicting French toast stick bites on a syrupy base. Like I said, addicting!

We both had wraps for lunch with French fries and side salads. I almost wish I had gotten a salad for my entree as the salad base was a really nice spring mix and the toppings were finely chopped and well mixed- just the way I prefer a salad. I also had one of their several mimosa options which was enjoyable. The prices I thought were reasonable.

The manager (owner?) stopped by our table before we left to check in on us. Overall, just a really high quality place for a “small town”. Would definitely recommend a stop and only wish I lived closer because I think I’d be a regular!

What an awesome place. We were staying in Akron but was in the hunt for a brunch place and found this gem. Menu was amazing, filled with focused but great choices (sometimes brunch menus can be overwhelming) I got the corned beef cast iron platter and it was so so good. Service was excellent and super friendly. Location was very nice, interior and inside feels like a nice diner but more hip and modern. Highly recommended, don’t think twice!

Stopped by for a bite to eat with my family, the service was excellent and the food was delicious! Fajita fries were the app special and they were AMAZING! I definitely recommend trying the gyro, super yummy! We will be back and next time will have to try their new place dolce right across the street!

Great breakfast food. I thought my favorite was the spicy sausage grave but after today I think it's the corned beef.

Wonderful place for breakfast or lunch, I usually go for breakfast however. Their spicy sausage gravy and biscuits is fantastic, as are their mimosas and seasonal drinks. One of the best breakfast places around in my book.

The shrimp and grits cake was fabulous. Service was quick and staff was attentive to cleanliness and social distancing. First time I've eaten indoors and felt comfortable.

Mo's chicken pita!!! You WILL NOT be disappointed. It might be my favorite sandwich/wrap/pita I've ever eaten. The combination of the flavors and textures really just does something great!!
The shrimp and grits is another favorite and a must try if you are a seafood and grits lover.
The staff is super friendly and it has a nice at home feel!

I have really enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch at the valley cafe in Wadsworth. The food quality has been very consistent and well put together. I recently ordered the bacon/cheese grits with a side of their maple link sausages. Both items were very good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere at Valley Cafe is inviting and cozy. Some days I come in and the wait is long. I am willing to wait because the food is worth it to me. The wait is also a true indicator of their growing popularity and great food. I have yet to order food from Valley Cafe that was not enjoyable. The team work among employees is apparent and shows in the quality of service. You will not be disappointed with a trip to Valley Cafe.

Our first time here was amazing! Wonderful, friendly service and many delicious menu options. Their pancakes are huge! Can't recommend this restaurant enough.

It was our first visit here and we will definitely be back. The atmosphere, food and staff were excellent! I got the breakfast bowl with eggs, home fries, cheese, biscuit and sausage gravy. It was fresh and delicious with just enough spice to the sausage gravy. My daughter got the French toast and I snuck a few bites it was amazing as well. Above all the staff here is super friendly and the atmosphere has that local feel that is hard to get anymore.

Our visit is always pleasant. The staff are friendly and the food is always delicious. Our breakfast go-to's are Dan's Barnyard and the Shrimp and Grit Cakes (w/garlic toast!!). No lack of flavor or spice here!! Both very filling. Come hungry!!

I had not been to Valley Cafe since before the pandemic started and ate there for the first time in a year and today. The service was absolutely phenomenal and the food was delicious. Prices on a few dishes have understandably gone up, but it was still very affordable for three people. Portions on the food have gotten better, too. I had enough to eat without feeling overwhelmed and both of the other people I was dining with were very happy with what they received. I will choose Valley Cafe over other restaurants in town every time - the food quality is better, the prices are much more reasonable, and the staff is fantastic.
