Always greeted with a smile or a hello, go there often and most of the employees know my order before I even get to the counter. For a smaller sized smoke shop, they have a good selection of items and decent prices compared to some others. Thank you for making a mundane task a better one with great customer service

I absolutely love House of Cigar! The wide selection of premium products is impressive. If you haven't seen their selection of glass pieces, vapes or Cigars, I highly recommend stopping at this store! Or the other smoke shop here in marysville, "Smokers Paradise"(same owner)

The selection is great. If they don't have what your looking for, and you let them know, they will get it. The staff are great, and truly care about their customers. If you are having a bad day, they take on the role of a counselor, and try to help. All around.... great, friendly place.

these guys always have my brand in stock and its never dry or stale, and the staff is awesome, Ben and Nick remember all the regulars and always talk to you like you're their friend, even if they don't know you. Love this place and love the staff

All of the guys at the Colemans Crossing location are always super friendly and ready to help with any needs. When going in they know exactly what I get and have it ready for me. Great customer service and speedy checkouts at busy times.

I recently moved to the area from Columbus. Every shop that I've been in that sells the tobacco my boyfriend and I use is ran by creepy guys that get too close to you, and truly know nothing about the products they are trying to sell you. This store is different. If you have questions, ask them. They are more than happy to help you find the right product for you, and can actually explain what they are selling accurately. They have great customer service. This is the only place I will be going for now on.

I've begun to become a regular here in the last few months. For awhile it was the only store in the vicinity that had the energy drink I like. Then I started grabbing some of my other weekly things here, always a pleasure shopping here the guys are always friendly, I've never had a bad experience at the house of cigar. Thank you!

I never have problems when I come to House or Cigar knowing they usually have what your looking for and If not can usually send you in the right direction the customer service is definitely the reason I come in.
