Hello again, I needed to write another 5 star review because my experience with Alix was very pleasant. Her personality is so refreshing and confident, talking with her was very meaningful which I appreciated. I have been in customer service for many years and I love when I meet other women in the customer service industry who are so confident in what they do and are true to themselves. Given this, I knew I could trust her and let her take full control of my haircut and color. I have not dyed my hair in nearly 5 years but I wanted some change. I got a partial bayalage and when I say I love the outcome..it’s an understatement. I LOVE my hair. Alix was not only great to talk to, she blew me away with her talent and her ability to ask other colleagues for their input as well. Alix seems like a very team oriented person and I appreciated she also wanted some feedback about her ideas for my hair. It made me feel like she cared and was excited for me, which naturally made me very excited. Alix, thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will be back to see you soon!

Lilly is a great hair stylist, nail artist and is great at doing brows. I also had the most lovely facial today!

I had a very traumatic experience with another salon yesterday and had called Nicole Jeffrey’s yesterday to see if they could get me in today to help me. They were able to book me with Marie today and she was AMAZING!! She cut and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted and considering the hack job that was done to my hair the previous day at the other salon it wasn’t an easy task. I loved what she did so much I’m going back tomorrow for a color. I had never been here before today but from now on it will definitely be my go to place. I simply cannot express my appreciation enough.

I highly recommend this salon and spa. My experience was incredible. I received a lash lift and tint from Ariel, and dermaplane/facial by Jillian. Both women were absolutely amazing. I had bad stylists my whole life and was very anxious when trying out this salon. They put me down to get my hair cut by Lexi and she was amazing the whole time. She kept it basic for me and we just did a small trim and by the next time I came in, I felt so much more safe and confident with Lexi and tried out a more adventurous cut. I’ve been seeing Lexi now for about 3 years and recently got my boyfriend to drop the barber shop for her and he loves her cuts as well. The staff in general is so so nice and knowledgeable and I always know I’m going to leave feeling great about my hair. I wouldn’t recommend any other place to anyone.

I have seen Tayna for my last three haircuts and she provides excellent service! She is very professional, timely, and made my hair look magnificent! For one of my haircuts she did a perm as well. I've never had a perm in my life but she made me feel comfortable with the process and the hair came out looking great. I am very satisfied with my experience at Nicole Jeffrey's. The salon is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Pricing is also great. I highly recommend Tayna and Nicole Jeffrey's for your hair needs!

Excellent and friendly customer service. The stylists were all so sweet and extremely knowledgeable. Marie colored my hair and I cannot explain how appreciative and blown away I was with my results. In addition to the amazing staff, the salon has some of the most comfortable client chairs and rinse stations I have ever sat in! I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and most importantly loving my new hair.

Hands down the best salon in Ohio! The artists are talented and have wonderful personalities to match. For cut, color, wax, and makeup I trust Marie- she is amazing! She is such an amazing person inside and out. It's truly a great experience with her all around. For nails- Lisa. She does everything freehand, and she rocks! I never leave disappointed. Tara and Melanie are very professional and very fun to be around. All the staff at Nicole Jeffrey’s are truly wonderful. I feel like a million dollars every time I leave.

I have been coming here since 2009. My first appointment was with Beth and I promised myself that day that I would not go to anyone else. She is fantastic and my hair always looks so beautiful after she finishes it. Everyone here is great and very friendly. I have recommended many of my friends and everyone has loved it. I would highly recommend Beth and Nicole Jeffery's to anyone!

I absolutely love this salon. They are always professional and timely and friendly. Gina has done my hair for 5 years and I always feel amazing when I leave there. She's great with color, cut, styling and she has great suggestions for when I'm so indecisive. I will keep going to Gina and I would recommend her to anyone. 🙂

I had my first ever wax with Tayna and she made me feel comfortable and checked in with me throughout. She was very friendly and professional! The salon was lovely and clean. The staff at the front desk was also very friendly, helpful, and professional! I’m looking forward to coming back and trying out more services!
