Mark (the guy that owns the place) is super kind, knowledgeable, and good at communication. He has fixed my car as well as my fiancés and we’ve had no problems since, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Mark and Bill do amazing work! I have taken my old Lexus and my fiancés Kia to them many times. Mark does quality work and charges a fair price for the excellent work he does. He takes time to really explain what the problem is and what needs done. I can’t express how much I appreciate Master Tech. They are so kind and give me peace of mind about my car. Broke a rear shock on Tuesday night, sent a text to Mark after hours, he contacted me and had new shocks put on Wednesday morning, a real life saver!! This was my first experience with this establishment but definitely WILL NOT be my last!! Very clean establishment, friendly employees and VERY reasonable rates. I had to have my car towed here from my house because it wouldn't start and was having issues. Mark and the staff at Master Tech did a great job of finding the issues, getting it running again, and communicating the problems along the way. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else, the entire MTA staff are top notch professionals. They won’t sell you what you don’t need and their prices are absolutely reasonable for the peace of mind they offer. I take my wife’s, daughters and my vehicle here for anything. I don’t feel comfortable doing in the garage and haven’t been let down once. The owner Mark, is a true professional and will keep it real with his customers telling them his experienced mechanics opinion and his “what I would do if it were mine”. I’ve taken my vehicles here for a few years and enjoy stopping in every six months or so and seeing this local business grow.

I pulled into this shop randomly with my 4 children and sister before going to the Hartville Kitchen when I felt like something wasn’t right with my tires on the drive down from 40 minutes away. Bill came right out, checked all my lug nuts (which were apparently dangerously loose) and jacked up my car right there and tightened up each one with their state of the art tools. He took care of us, was so nice, and possibly saved our lives- so encouraging to know there’s still good people and honest businesses out there. I am so grateful for this Bill and this place and highly recommend!

I was searching for a good local mechanic and saw all positive reviews for Master Tech. So I decided to bring in my vehicle for an oil change and to be diagnosed. Mark was professional, knowledgeable and quick, he also didn't try to upsale issues. If an issue was found he explained it to me with examples and basic understanding. More importantly, Mark genuinely seems like a good down to earth guy you can trust which unfortunately isn't typically my experience I've had in the auto mechanic world. I plan on taking my other vehicle in and making him my go to mechanic for all things auto. I'd recommend him to anyone dealing with auto issues local or not.

I’ve used Mark at Master Tech for years and recommend everyone that I know to him for honest work of the highest quality! My wife was down the street picking our kids up from school and someone had told her she had a flat tire. So she called me for help to see what needs to be done and so I search for a independent repair shop near by. I called here first and spoke to Mark. Told him the situation and he was able to put air in her tire and ger our family back on the road fast while I was away. Thank you so much for being so kind and awesome. MasterTech (Mark Kandel) has serviced and performed needed maintenance on my Lexus and Jeep since he opened his business 2+ years ago. He has also mechanically re-commissioned a 1976 TR6 that had been sitting for 20+ yrs. He does very good work at a fair price, and his skills are well beyond a "mechanic" that performs routine service.

Not just a parts changer..Mark is a very credible diagnostic specialist… I know larger dealers that send their hardest problems to him to diagnose… But also doesn’t gouge you on the small jobs.… Great work ethic

Mark was friendly and professional at the moment I walked in. He started working on my vehicle almost right away. It ended up being a super obscure problem which took several days to track down the source of the problem. He figured out what people who worked at Toyota hadn't even heard of.
