Had trouble finding somewhere to service my bus, Jim was great to deal with and got me in pretty quickly. I was also under a pretty serious time crunch, which he also got me done by. Their diesel tech seems to do good work and I am super thankful for this place for saving my cross country move! Thanks again.

I made the initial appointment on line. It was quick, simple, reasonable pricing and openings for the day I scheduled. Staff was friendly, professional and enjoyable to talk with. I will definitely be coming back. Along with that I do have friends and family who will be coming to WrenchWorks. Good job guys!

We take our cars here for oil changes and maintenance. My most recent oil change visit, they let me know it was time for new front brakes Friday at noon. I had to go out of town on Monday and they squeezed me in and finished the job Friday. Very good communication and service. Thanks!

First visit to WrenchWorks this past week and they discovered some things that were neglected for a long time (2013 Honda Odyssey). Jamie explained the issues to us, and didn't pressure us at all. He did a great job of explaining options for what needed done immediately and what could wait.

It's tough to find a mechanic to trust. One that you don't get the feeling that they're just tacking on extra jobs. We truly appreciate all of the up front information and conversation. We'll be back for sure.

They took me for a walk in oil change, saw a couple of things that need fixed. No high pressure. Told me which was most important. I like them best because they listen and help prioritize. I never feel as if they treat me differently because I’m female and don’t know anything. I usually work with Mark, but ALL of the employees are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. It’s a gem of a garage hidden right in the middle of Wadsworth. What a relief to not depend on a car dealership!!

There is not a thing Wrench Works misses! They are always attentive, call you first with what needs fix and what can wait. Prices are beyond fair. Customer service is on point and facilities are sparkling clean! Thanks for doing a 5 star job!!!

Came in with a Prius that had more issues than not. Pat and Mark are absolutely amazing, I was given the bad news that my car wasn’t going to be done in the expected time frame. The manager then brought 2 of the guys in to work after hours on my car to get her back to me by the expected date. Words cannot express how amazed I am by how they hold up to their word, don’t even get me started on the lifetime warranty (I’m a big warranty guy).

I’ll wrap it up by saying this, I wish I had more cars with more issues so I could get it serviced here. Thank you wrenchworks you are now my go to shop👍👍

These guys at Wrenchworks are true professionals.and would recommend to stop here for any automotive need! My Girlfriend and I were heading from Pennsylvania to Kentucky and after changing a flat tire realized a loud scraping sound as I drove. After going to three other places we came to Wrenchworks and they diagnosed the problem which was a bolt missing from the brake assembly and had it fixed less than an hour of arriving. Plus the waiting area is nice and gave us free drinks! It was only 60$ bucks as well! Will definitely stop here again should I have issues with my vehicle around the Wadsworth area! Excellent job!

Mark at the desk was amazing. He was able to get a rental for me so I did not have to take a day off work. My vehicle was ready just before 5 (closing time) and he stayed after a few minutes so I could pick it up. He quoted me for a little over $1,000. But as they were doing the repairs, they found that it was going to be alot less because instead of replacing a drive axel. It only needed a seal. Thanks everyone. You guys are GREAT !!!!

about Kevin the owner and all the staff that works there. I have been going there for at least a year or two now, my son referred me. They do excellent work and at a very reasonable price. And they have great loners, for free.

Wrenchworks did a great job! Free tire rotation also! Scheduled an appt and was done within 30 mins. Reasonably priced for full synthetic! Complimentary coffee and snacks were a bonus! I’ll be back again.

I knew I needed an oil change ASAP. I got online typed in what II knew I needed an oil change ASAP. I got online typed in what I needed and this popped up. I got a super deal., They did it very quickly rotated my tires for free, offered me coffee or water and snacks, but room I waited in, was super clean. I will go back.

We will only ever use Wrenchworks for our vehicle maintenance and repairs. The owners are great people with good moral values, the technicians are highly qualified. They stand behind their work and are very fair in pricing. I will refer them to everyone and keep wishing them the highest success.

Staff was so friendly and accommodated an appointment in the same day. They communicated all aspects of the process and did a great job. Would definitely recommend!!

My wife and I were passing through Wadsworth, OH on our way to watch motorcycle racing in PA when we decided to stop and get lunch. We were in an RV and parked in a large lot near the town square. After lunch we noticed a large deep slice in the side wall of a rear tire and knew the smart thing to do was get it fixed before we got back on the road. That is when we realized we were parked in the back of WrenchWorks. We walked in and explained our situation to the guy working the customer service desk, Jim. Knowing we needed to get back on the road ASAP Jim went above and beyond to find a tire, send a technician to retrieve the tire, swapped it then install it. All this within a couple hours and close to closing time. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Our thanks to Jim and all the technicians at WrenchWorks!

Just got my free oil change for veterans. They do a awesome job. Didn't try to sell me anything extra. Got me in fast did the oil change and sent me on my way. Very pleased with the service. I will definitely take my vehicle there for future services. Hands down 1 of the most honest and best around.

Great service. Great communication. Fair in price and the guys actually know what they are doing. Headache after headache with a previous shop wrenchworks came through and did a fantastic job and got my truck running better than ever. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely go back.

As usual all services were completed quickly and fully repaired. My 2013 Toyota Carolla has about12500 miles or more on it and is running well. My dream is to drive it as long as possible . Maintenance is required- I had back brakes replaced, and several repairs needed that come with time. I trust them them to be square with me and they always have and at a fair price. I’m staying with them. Great service, nice people!

As per our usual arrangement, WrenchWorks got my car in and repaired quickly, and for a reasonable cost. There’s a reason it’s the only place I have our vehicles serviced.
