Great experience at the Heath Americas Best! My daughter and I both had exams. All the staff was great. And we really like the Doc. Thanks to everyone for making it such an easy trip.

Everyone was so polite and professional. Very helpful in choosing frames etc.. Would definitely use again.

I had a wonderful experience at America's best in Heath this week. The team was very professional and pleasant. Angel explained how the appointment would go and gave me three tests. (Very nice!) Dr.Rosengarten was extremely through and explained everything. I have ever had such a comprehensive eye exam. And Mary was so patient and helpful when I was selecting my glasses. I hope they are all there next year when I go! 😄

I've been wearing glasses for 50+ years and have had some very good experiences. creating a pretty high bar. My most recent experience at America's Best was above and beyond 5 stars, despite concerning circumstances. A Primary Care Doctor suggested an optometrist for a rule in/rule out test. Right away, before even getting a script, I reached out to America's Best. Very courteous staff were able to get me in the following day. Dr Rosengarten performed the exam herself, taking the time to explain everything along the way and making sure I could see and understand the visuals on the computer screen. She was professional, careful and thorough. I left feeling quite relieved. Although previous experience here, getting glasses, was very good, this potentially alarming experience was positively EXCEPTIONAL. Thank-you to the Doctor and team at America's Best.

I love America's Best! They were really nice and helped me pick out my glasses, which I love. They have so many to choose from and they have designer frames! Didn't have to wait long to be taken back, maybe 5 minutes! Highly recommend!!

had a great experience at this location. I came into get my glasses readjusted and the person who helped me knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it very quickly. I wish I could remember the man's name who helped me he had lots of rings a beard and pins but he was absolutely fantastic and extremely friendly! I'll definitely be using this location next time I need new glasses
