The rooms are luxury with all you need. Located right by main area shopping. Hot tub was wonderful but it is noisy because its by busy traffic road. The beds and pillows are very comphy.

Great and comfortable week stay. The staff is knowledgeable and so attentive. The staff is the best I have interacted with. An amazing amenity is they offer rides around town and to Snowmass gondolas at a fist come first serve basis. There is limited parking in the back.

Rooms are clean and spacious. We had a 2 bedroom with 3 full bathrooms on the ground level. The kitchen is well equipped it’s a full sized refrigerator and microwave / convection oven but no oven. You ca enter from the front or from each bedroom.

walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The fireplace is the BEST!

We love BlueGreen and really enjoy staying at this resort. Nice rooms, well planned with two bedrooms that each have their own bathroom as well as another bathroom for guests who use the sofa bed. Can walk just a couple blocks to get to business district with convenient shops and restaurants. Staff is great and responsive. Close to lots of activities in the area for all seasons.

As an owner I was very pleased with my accommodations and the friendly staff at The Innsbruck Aspen. The suite was very comfortable, well furnished, and for the most part quiet from street and adjoining guest noises. It was so much fun sitting around the fire pit at night enjoying the energy of Aspen after exploring all the area had to offer.

Service is exceptional at this small resort. Absolutely no complaints.

Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, bathroom was a great (loved the shower temperature control!), and overall the room was large and had everything we needed for the week. Location is a quick walk to all the shops but they also offer a shuttle if needed. The only downside was that our room was facing a busy street so we heard traffic well into the night and early in the morning.

What a hidden gem in Aspen! We stopped in Aspen for two nights during summer and happened to find the Innsbruck on google maps. We rented their junior sweet for an unbelievable price that was too good to pass up. The room was simply amazing, it felt like a cabin home! Fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, fireplace and much more. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and there was plenty of parking spaces.

My husband and I went on our honeymoon to Aspen and stayed here. It was wonderful. We are very simple people and really just wanted to relax and be together and we were not bothered at all. But I can also tell you that if you are the type that wants all the extras, this place has it. The customer service is great, everyone is very helpful and nice. Ron, one of the drivers was our favorite. He gave a lot of great tips and he is just a really good guy!

The inn has everything and more with a professional, friendly staff. Our two bedroom, three bath presidential unit has a master suite with a large heated shower.The second bedroom has a full bath with jetted tub.There is also a pull-out couch. There is a shuttle provided by the inn that will deliver and pick up guests anywhere (including airport and ski hill), which is fabulous since parking is limited and pricey in Aspen. It's lovely to soak in the heated outdoor hot tub and then curl up in front of the fire and eat in as there is a fully equipped kitchen or go out on the town.We are very pleased to have stayed here and would definitely come again.

Conveniently located in Aspen. The phenomenal, responsive staff cared for our every need. Our rooms were lovely, well-appointed and homey-feeling. Loved the steam shower, the pool area & the free shuttle!

Absolutely the best place I've had the opportunity to visit. The quality of construction, amenities, location and staff make it hard to leave.
Our lodging was equipped with high end appliances as well as flatware, pots, pans and more making our stay even more enjoyable. We will surely return.

The site was a little smaller than anticipated, first time to Aspen but saw how congested the area and neighborhoods are, so understandable. However, this did not detract at all from the style and comfort of the presidential suite, nor from the graciousness of the staff, who really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed with a special surprise for our 20th wedding anniversary, very much appreciated, thank you! Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to be it’s walkable to downtown. They will drive you anywhere for free downtown. The staff was awesome Seferino and Nick took care of us well. The skiing was fabulous according to my husband an he had fun skiing ⛷ with the embassador’s at Buttermilk. Innsbruck is a well appointed beautiful decorated mountain atmosphere.

Great small resort! Very helpful, staff and great hot tub!! Presidential suite is just the right size for a family weekend, and you are a quick walk from downtown eateries and shopping.

Outstanding resort. Professional and friendly. Andrew was great, he was able to give me nice places to eat and also provided transportation. This saved me time from getting lost and having to find parking. Wonderful stay.

Rooms were very spacious, convenient parking near the rooms, front desk was extremely helpful, shuttle service was quick and easy. Would recommend to friends!

Drive, don't fly you'll see majestic views you would have never dreamed of "seriously!!"
