We absolutely LOVE this hotel. The staff is so friendly. The free, on demand shuttle service is a game changer. We had fun riding with Ronnie. He was so knowledgeable about Aspen and gave us a free history lesson along with the ride. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant has delicious food, great drinks, and a friendly staff. For folks who hung up their skis a while ago, we actually want to come back and ski because it looks like the perfect “beginners/family/rusty” skiers run. Looking forward to our next visit and we’ll bring the kids and grandkids next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Inn. There were a lot of mixed reviews but I can say for sure that my room was clean, and my stay was smooth. I suggest requesting an updated room with hardwood floors, you must upgrade/request in advance and they will surely accommodate. Room had a big bed, microwave and fridge. For the price, it was awesome and has everything you need. Coffee/tea in the mornings and free rides to anywhere around Aspen. If you are staying here, be sure to take classes/ski at Buttermilk, the convenience of waking up and being steps from the slopes is awesome. Especially as a first time skier, this was a great way to start my trip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I wanted to Ski Buttermilk with my kids and I wanted a Ski In and Ski out. This place was perfect! Hotel shuttle app was super easy and we were picked up from the Airport quickly. The inn shuttle also takes you into Aspen and picks you up. The property is renovated and simple. We had a mountain and pool view! Gorgeous way to wake up. Our family lives a hot tub and it fit our needs. Warm towels waiting by the hot tub. I loved that the hotel is small and not loud. All employees were so nice on the phone or in person. You are directly in front of ski school and main lift. Rentals and ski shop right next door. Mountain lodge restaurant next door to that. Hometeam BBQ was amazing for breakfast and lunch and inside the hotel. Refreshment stand and ski lockers right off elevator are perfect. We enjoyed tea, coffee, hot chocolate and fresh water. Full gym and changing room as well.
We have skied for the last 7 years in Vail, Steamboat, Park city snd Keystone. We’ve stayed at lodges and lux hotels. The simplicity of buttermilk mountain with ski in ski out wins!! Walking in ski boots or having to valet skis is a lot of coordinating with kids. This made it super simple! We enjoyed dinner in Snowmass with friends and Aspen as a family. Ubers are hard to come by here from our experience. We loved our visit to the Inn at Aspen.

Fantastic experience. Rooms had just been renovated and ours was 150%. Super comfortable, clean, convenient. Great dinner. Paz, front desk mornings, is smart and on top of things. Margo, shuttle bus driver, was professional and took care of our needs. they both were observant and exhibited stellar customer service.

I loved this: first-floor rooms in front with also exterior door through a garden area, but through which you can get right to your parked car without carrying your gear all down the hall and then back down the sidewalk. If one's available, it's so convenient. - And full restaurant and more.

We walked through the Inn at Aspen on our way to Home Team BBQ for dinner. This is the only hotel on Buttermilk Mountain, and the property was just recently renovated. While I haven't skied or stayed at Buttermilk, I hear it is the prime mountain to visit for Beginner, Intermediate, and Park skiers in Aspen. The newly renovated lobby area looked nice and cozy, and the BBQ restaurant within was great. We'd definitely consider staying here if Buttermilk was going to be the primary mountain we were skiing. The hotel is right in front of the lifts, so you can't get any more convenient. This place must get packed during the winter X Games!

If you are looking for a great hotel with a restaurant inside with a sky slope in the backyard, this is it. I was here during the off-season, so the price was very reasonable. The rooms were newly renovated and comfy. The X Games were held here. I'm not sure if they still do, but amazing history.
I do have to add that the hotel is amazing, but if you have high altitude sickness, I left pictures of a company that will deliver straight to you. This will also help you on training or competition here too.

If Aspen's charm wasn't enough, The Inn at Aspen amplifies it. Sitting conveniently by the Aspen Airport and hugging the main highway, Hwy 82, its location is hard to beat. And, with the foot of the Buttermilk Mountain at its doorstep and an available gondola ride, this inn is every traveler's dream.

Before arriving, the photos from American Express Travel hinted at a rewarding stay. But pictures barely do it justice. The genuine hospitality began right at check-in, with intuitive staff keenly gauging our moods. After a long journey, their expedient service was a relief.

Our room? A spacious, pristine retreat. Credit goes to the commendable housekeeping team who, by the way, never missed a beat throughout our stay. Being on the main level, our room granted direct access through the back door—a big plus, especially with our two kids.

The Inn stands out with its family-friendly gestures. From changing tables in the men's restroom (and presumably the women's), clean washers and dryers for guest use (pay per use) to a consistently clean environment—it's evident they care about every guest, no matter the age. For fun under the sun, the vast 1300ft² pool caters to all ages and swim skills, and the accompanying hot tub provides a relaxing soak. Shade seekers and sunbathers alike will find their spot here.

Hungry? The Home Team restaurant won't disappoint. Tasty dishes, an attached bar with a wide drinks selection, and the ever-attentive staff ensured our culinary needs were met.

Recharge your batteries while you sleep or eat or just hang out and enjoy the view as they have a Tesla supercharger station boasting 8 chargers. They did also have a rafting / adventure outfitter operating out of the parking lot while we were there, which seemed very convenient if you wanted to take one of those trips. There is also a shuttle available to all guests, although we opted to use our own transportation, the convenience of the shuttle seemed alluring.

The vast back lawn beckons with the promise of leisure, be it playful antics with the kids or serene moments by the firepit in Adirondack chairs. For hikers and skiiers, the mountain's trail starts right at the hotel's edge.

Venturing out? The Aspen Business Center is just around the corner which has good dining and a grocery option. A shoutout to Mawas and the French Pastry Cafe & More for culinary delights, both must tries.

All said, The Inn at Aspen is more than a stay; it's an encapsulation of Aspen's allure. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommended!

Laurie at the front desk was an absolute gem. I never leave reviews but felt the need to give this wonderful woman some credit. Upon walking in, she was so upbeat and friendly. I felt like she was more excited for our trip to Aspen then we were and made us feel absolutely giddy with excitement. She's a wonderful asset to your business. Hands down the best check in experience ever. She even stopped to take photos of our group before heading out for the evening. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality, Laurie! The hotel was really nice too. No complaints and free shuttle is an added bonus.

Wow! The location was great, so as the Hotel experience. We were upgraded to a luxury studio room and the front desk agent explained everything well.

Loved the laundry service and the heated pool. Also the room was spacious enough with almost all the necessary amenities provided.

Absolutely recommended.

The stay was excellent! Located right next to the airport. The staff is very friendly! There is a bar/restaurant joined to the lobby! They specialize in BBQ. The food was very good! This is the site in Aspen Colorado where the X Games take place!

Definitely recommends. The location is great, it is close to the airport (the shuttle arrives in 3 mins after we called the front desk) and it is a real ski in/out for the buttermilk. We walked to the chair from our patio directly. The room is clean while ac and bedding are comfortable. Laurie at the front desk deserves a special shoutout for her exceptional customer service. She introduces details about the hotel and even the Aspen. What a nice experience!

I cannot say enough good things about the Inn at Aspen. We parked our car and never drove during our stay. Their shuttle is very accommodating. The rooms were clean and had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Everyone at the front desk made sure we had what we needed. Laurie and Geoff were informative. Taylor and Chris could answer any question we threw at them. The restaurant serves all meals and was excellent. You can't go wrong staying here.

The a/c welcomed us into the room as we checked in so everything about the room felt more fresher. Room 2262 didn't have any weird smell (which i am very sensitive to) and the amenities were well provided as described. Microwave and mini fridge worked so well and the bathroom was maintained very clean with no corner molds or rusts. My family fully enjoyed our three days of stay at room 2262. Although the room was indeed quite a walk from the front entrance, balcony view of each morning and stargazing at night made up for it all. Would definitely come back!

Great hotel - very accommodating. We stay here frequently for business. The staff is excellent, rooms are clean & well equipped, access to town is convenient. Ample parking & bus runs to buttermilk right next to the lot. Restaurant in the hotel is quality bbq (try the brisket sandwich). Pool is well managed. Overall, checks all the boxes for a great stay - highly recommend to business and leisure travelers alike.
