Kasala Furniture

Visited both Tukwila and Bellevue showroom. Bellevue tended towards more expensive furnitures as compared to Tukwila. Ended up buying a couple of furnitures. The service at the store as well as delivery was great.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Kasala. The staff are professional, knowledgable, and helped me pick everything out for my new place. The quality has always been worth the price in my experience too. I’ll be back if I ever need anything else. Also, I highly suggest the white-glove delivery. The team was attentive and very efficient.

Kasala is a locally-owned business, and in my experience their furniture is excellent quality for the asking price. I've had several Kasala items over the years, and they've all held up very well. My experience with their customer service team has also been great - I jammed up my fold-out coffee table and they came out the next day to fix it for free. That's not something you'll get from a larger national brand.

If you're tired of living with manufactured junk from Ikea, this is the place to start. I would not recommend West Elm or any of the other overpriced larger brands versus what Kasala has to offer, especially if you're from the Seattle area and want to support a quality local business.

We love getting furniture from Kasala and will continue to do so. We get tons of compliments for our new Marcus chairs and Carlyle sectional - all are great additions to our home. Looking forward to the next piece!

The staff was friendly and helped with customized questions about the furniture. Bernard assisted me in selecting and ordering the furniture I desired.

Our current sofa has a design issue ( as told by support ) and we went in to get a credit towards a new one . It was a no hassle experience and we owe it completely to our sales representative Shelly . She was very kind and helpful. She clearly explained us the return and credit process and helped us pick the sofa . I’d highly recommend anyone to seek her help. Kudos!

Excellent service! We bought a recliner from them several months ago and the plug that goes into the power socket just broke, they sent someone with a replacement plug within 24 hrs.. smooth!

Giving this 5 stars for Dave. He is such a pleasure to work with and every time I go to Kasala I make sure to work with him. Very personable and knowledge. Overall the Bellevue store is nice with high quality items. My family has been shopping with Kasala for many, many, years.

We have two bdi desks from kasala Bellevue, they’re beautiful. We have an older model on one of them, and Dave helped me track down one of the last available drawers from bdi for that model. He helped me exchange and made everything very easy and quick! I was very impressed.

This is an amended review from last week. Thanks to the owner Dan for reaching out to me and turning my previous negative experience into a positive one. I did purchase a sofa and will definitely continue to shop at Kasala.

Fantastic staff. Knowledgeable and patient. Their products are reasonably priced, made of quality and beautiful. It’s worth your time to visit them.

Great customer service! Normal prices are full retail, so keep an eye out for sales - we happened to come in on a 25% off weekend and were very happy.

They offered some pretty unique selection of furniture items at a very reasonable prices! Will come back again!
